I was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room

Padi Eco Lodge - A Mixed Experience The lodge has friendly staff and clean rooms, which made our stay comfortable. However, walking to the property from the parking area is quite far, and the path is dark at night. Adding street lights would improve safety and convenience. The café opens at 8 am, which is late for guests with early schedules. An earlier opening time, like 7 am, would be more practical. The bathroom amenities were minimal—only body wash was provided, with no shampoo available. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but there’s room for improvement in convenience and amenities.

Near to Jam Gadang. Big size room and comfort hotel for family traveller. Only, need to improve breakfast foods where we experience all 3 days having under par quality of foods especially the chicken based dish.

Интересно остановиться в старом голландском здании, историческом здании в центре города. Если вас интересует тема ЮНЕСКО, это место обязательно к посещению в районе Паданга. Сам отель просто отличный. На улице есть уютное кафе, где подают завтрак, а также можно поесть в другое время. Больше всего меня беспокоили звуки, доносившиеся снаружи, шум дороги и сирена, призывающая к молитве ранним утром. Но это часть опыта, и я был там во время Рамадана.

The hotel looks like it is about to close down. The photos in your app are misleading. No restaurant. No karaoke. All tables and chairs stacked up. No toiletries. No soap No shampoo. Photo shows kettle. I thought at least some sachets of coffee will be provided. Nothing of that happened. My first trip to this wonderful Padang. Bad impression. Only the young staff are excellent. Friendly. Will I stay again ? No .not even half price. I felt cheated by your photos and description. Should refund me.

Отличные места. Расположен прямо на улице Джалан Хатиб Сулейман и выглядит как одна из главных улиц Паданга. Около 8 минут ходьбы до торгового центра Transmart и некоторых других сетей питания; 10 минут пешком до мечети Месджид Рая Суматера Барат/Великой мечети Суматера Барат; 15 минут пешком до ресторана Lamun Ombak Padang. В номере было чисто и прохладно, кондиционер, карточка для доступа в номер, чтобы подняться в номер на лифте, прекрасный вид на горы. Рекомендуемые.

The location is excellent very close to the beach, just in front of the hotel. The room truly matches the price of a 4-star hotel.. What I loved most was the подушка.. it was very comfortable and softer compared to other 4-star hotels I've stayed at.. Только одна критика Trip.com должна в будущем дважды проверить с отелем фактическое время регистрации в отеле Ocean Beach Padang. Это сказал, что Trip.com сотрудники были очень полезны в решении путаницы

Расположение не было отличным, так как оно было на окраине города, но было чисто, и персонал на стойке регистрации был приятным. Завтрак в ресторане на крыше был восхитительным, и вы могли видеть Индийский океан на западе и гору Клинч на востоке!
