Our stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression. The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience. While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown. That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

Мы провели неделю в Коваламе, остановившись в этом отеле. Прежде всего, номера были хорошими, с приличным балконом, выходящим на фасад здания, кондиционер и горячая вода работали исправно. Отель расположен очень близко к прекрасному пляжу, небольшим магазинам и местным закусочным, а также в нескольких минутах ходьбы от тихого пляжа и мест, где можно отдохнуть. В самом отеле велись ремонтные работы, поэтому я понимаю, что они готовились к большому туристическому сезону, и, возможно, ситуация улучшится. Бассейн был сухим, и я надеялся, что смогу поплавать, но этого не произошло. Возможно, из-за низкого туристического сезона в ресторане был ограниченный выбор блюд, но еда была хорошей. Персонал очень милый и приятный, но отелю не помешало бы более тщательное улучшение уборки номеров, например, своевременная смена полотенец и так далее. В остальном, отель хороший, но мы с семьей посчитали, что за уплаченную цену можно было бы получить больше. Тем не менее, это хороший и достойный отель, но я бы не стал возлагать на него завышенные ожидания. Безусловно, отель заслуживает 10/10 за своё расположение и приветливый персонал. Это не критика в адрес руководства или персонала отеля, но было бы неплохо, если бы они установили правила поведения для больших туристических групп, особенно для групп из Гуджарата, напоминая им о необходимости поддерживать спокойствие и тишину на территории отеля. Опять же, речь идёт скорее о поведении туристов, чем о самом отеле.

We had two nights stay at picturesque ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGE right on the banks of the lake and were. pleasantly surprised as the nature unfolded before us. Good location with good facilities and access to all amenities surrounded by organic farm , nature at its best. Good service through out and personalised care by friendly staff. Freshly cooked homemade tasty food served to your room and relax in front of the room looking over the lake with boats passing by and beautiful sunset views. The best part was the relaxed private sunset boat ride on the lake for two of us with stunning views starting right in front of our cottage. Susan Salin and team have done a wonderful job in making avail of this wonderful property for fortunate few like us. Special thanks to Asha and Arjun who were always helpful and giving us information of local tours and cultures. Not to forget those amazing cooks who cooked meals as per our taste We will definitely going to return and recommend to our friends to visit ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGES Thanks once again for serving is the best treat Keep it up 💕🙏😍

Будучи таким большим курортом, сервис является лучшим, как все, что вы просите, обслуживается на скорости молнии. Дорога подхода была узкая, но надлежащим образом поддерживается. Безусловно, рекомендуется ее коллегам-путешественникам

The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport. The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them. Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!
