Франческо потрясающий, отзывчивый, дружелюбный и делает все возможное, чтобы помочь. Я останавливался во многих гостевых домах, и многие из них были дружелюбны и полезны. Что сделало Франческо особенным, так это то, что он личный, отзывчивый, делает все возможное, чтобы помочь мне. Я вижу и чувствую из своего взаимодействия с ним и его взаимодействия с другими гостями отеля, что он заботится обо всех своих гостях и их благополучии. Одним из примеров было то, что он предложил бесплатно отправить меня на железнодорожную станцию, так как шел дождь, и дал рекомендации по местам для посещения и питания, а также помог с поездкой на поезде. Расположение отеля тоже очень хорошее. 7 минут ходьбы от центра города, где находятся все рестораны, магазины и туристические достопримечательности, но вдали от толпы. Номера просторные и чистые, с ежедневной уборкой. Я впечатлен и рекомендую это место.

We were nervous to book here based on the mix reviews. Especially this being the only 3 star hotel we booked throughout our trip however, it had the most comfiest bed out of all our stays in Italy. The only downfall to the excellent location is the parking as it is difficult to find at busy times. However, the payable option is almost always available on the blue line side. Breakfast was okay not a whole ton of options. Everything was clean to standard except for the shower… we wore sandals due to the black mold in the corners of the shower. Not to make excuses, but I find this common in a lot of Italy’s hotels as you need to take into consideration of how old most of these places are. Overall, it was a pretty good stay since most of the time you are out and about exploring.

Расположение очень хорошее. Владелец был очень дружелюбный и вежливый, она помогла нам держать наш багаж после отъезда. Завтраки обслуживались в ближайших кафе (пастрит, кофе, соус). Небольшая сделка, но было хорошо иметь лодыжку перед пляжем. Я очень рекомендую. В качестве хорошего предложения для будущего я могу рекомендовать предоставить гостям пляжный полотенце, так как все приезжают в Тропе для охлаждения на пляже, и иногда это проблема принести свой собственный полотенце из-за строгих требований авиакомпаний к вес багажа.

It's an excellent location for those landing late at the Reggio di Calabria airport . Check in was very self-explanatory , two codes is what gets you in - one for the front door and one for the room key box. The location is on the main street so very easy to find. Giovanni was very kind in absorbing our tourist tax as we had no change to pay same. The bus stop for the line that gets you into the city centre and the train station is a stone throw from the front door. Nothing was lacking or amiss , the only slight drawback is that for people with reduced mobility, if using a crutch or the like , it's very steep flights of stairs.

I highly recommend this stay to everyone. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, offering easy access to trains heading across Italy, plus it’s surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The host included tokens for coffee and pastries at charming, authentic Italian cafés we might not have discovered otherwise—this turned into a delightful daily ritual of immersion in Calabrian culture. The host was friendly and always eager to help. We had the entire unit to ourselves, making it a dreamy, quiet, and cozy retreat for a couple. We’d love to return!

The luxury suite where I stayed exceeded all my expectations. The views from the big terrace overlooking the Messina Strait and Sicily were Spectaculars!!! The attention to detail from our host, Francesca, was excellent. After travelling all around the world and staying in many amazing accommodations, I could resume by saying that my whole experience staying at the luxury suite at Villa Princi was one of a kind and that I will be coming back to experience it again in not time.

Персонал очень дружелюбный и услужливый, место чистое, а завтрак очень разнообразный, нам все понравилось, и мы обязательно вернемся! Настоятельно рекомендуем!
