It's April 10, 2021 and my second shipment from this shop/company (online website purchase/Paypa) to the US still has not arrived from original ship date of March 9, 2021. I was provided tracking but this entire time all I have seen on my tracking is pre-shipment & company never provided any further tracking information saying it was out of their hands. I filed a case with Paypal and though I requested daily tracking info, was never given even though they did say they would offer full refund when they felt the item would never arrive. After a month of waiting, I finally gave up and contacted my Visa credit card company and they backed me up with full refund (gotta love Capital One!). Package was the size of the palm of my hand, not furniture or something big I would understand could take a long time. My first shipment with them provided ALL the tracking through NY to STL however, don't know if this is a coincidence or not...my credit card was used fraudulately exactly when the package hit NY. Coincidence only perhaps, but just wierd! This review is a warning to be CERTAIN if you purchase online or have an item shipped, the shop will have tracking that you can SEE the item moving toward you before making a purchase. I loved the ring & experience on my first shipment (save the credit card mishap) but the second time around killed it for me with this company. It was be patient, wait (repeat again & again)...not for me to buy any more with them, sorry!
