A sculptural memorial to the disaster of Hurricane Katrina
At first glance it appears a house has been blown onto a tree but this ruined shack from the Wizard of Oz is a sculpture to the memory of the disastrous Hurricane Katrina.
A little underwhelming for the event that took place… was hoping for a little more info to read. The garden was pretty and peaceful. A good place for parents to go with kids to blow off steam.
Nice memorial tribute to the horror of Hurricane Katrina... detailed piece of artwork. Located across from the convention center and outside of a nice park
This is a great spot right near the entrance to a park where you can walk around and right in front of the Convention Center. Lovely memorial to what happened from Katrina.

Cool artwork
Nice artwork to memorialize the Hurricane Katrina disaster in New Orleans. Walking distance from French Quarter.
