This was a really nice afternoon walk on a freshly paved asphalt surface. The path is about 4 feet wide so no issues with two way traffic. Lots of parking and a skatepark close by. The view was beaut...

It's a great place to take a walk but too many panhandlers begging you for change. Fishing along the river is also great.
