Interesting and informative tour

Our guide was very informative, but it was a very hot day so it was not the most comfortable walking around, but the area is interesting. History is alive and well and you will hear about on tours.

Second stop on our tour of eastern Croatia, 10/10

We had a very pleasant stroll around this old town this morning, learned about Baroque buildings, fortress history including war damage and learned about a couple churches

Worth a stroll

A nice place for a visit and stroll in the old part of the town of Osijek, near the river Drava. Good for stretching legs and enjoying the surroundings.

Fine old fortress

This is a fine old fortress that played a significant role in the defense of the city, both from the Ottomans and from the plague. Wander its streets and admire the sturdy walls.

nice but onder construnction

When we visited the city the fortress was under construction. Probably nice when it's finished. Nice walking
