We found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry. I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend. All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.

Beautiful hotel with a nice courtyard, coffee, and nice staff. It was easy to check in as a foreigner, and we enjoyed a lot our 2 nights here. The room was big and well distributed. The hotel is not far from the city center and many small supermarkets close to the hotel.

Обслуживание на стойке регистрации очень хорошее, при входе и выходе здороваются, предоставляется бесплатная вода, а на стойке регистрации можно приобрести чай. Транспорт удобный, ночной рынок очень близко. Он очень оживленный и подходит для отдыха. путешествовать и играть.

Останавливались там на одну ночь, так как я был проездом. Цена правильная, и все было хорошо для хостела. Если вы хотите быть в курсе происходящего, то это место немного отдаленное, но нет ничего, до чего нельзя было бы добраться на автобусе за полчаса или на такси еще быстрее. Остановился бы снова.

We had booked two rooms. Should have checked prior but turns out this building doesn't have a lift. Makes it tiresome to climb 5 levels up. But great commendation to the staffs. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately the building is outdated and likely needs to be refurbished. Location works well for us as it is near to food and shopping.

Удобства: Сложно отрегулировать температуру воды в ванной; если она хоть немного отличается, вода становится обжигающе горячей. Гигиена: Каждое утро уборщица убирается, предоставляется постельное белье из трёх частей. Окружающая среда: В холле на первом этаже есть три дивана, а также можно купить кофе. Обслуживание: В женском туалете есть лосьон для тела, средство для снятия макияжа и т.д. Хотя я принесла свои, мне понравилось 👍🏻 Хозяин также предупредил, нужны ли вам одноразовые принадлежности.

We stayed here for one night to catch an early flight the next morning. The hotel is clean, and all the furniture is new. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but there’s a small eatery about 300m away, and a supermarket with ready-to-eat options about 500m away. Also the hotel is ideally located near the airport and train station. Our flight was early, and the owner kindly drove us to the airport, even giving us two energy drinks to recharge — very thoughtful gesture. We were also able to leave our luggage there for a few days until we come back. One area for improvement would be to provide reusable towels instead of single-use ones, because they are drying better and are more eco-friendly. Overall very satisfied and we recommend this hotel.

那天坐火車晚上九點多才到的西寧，入住時已經十點了。因為帶的有孩子，前台的小姐姐很貼心的安排了靠邊、安靜的一間房。房間比想象中的大，很乾凈，窗外的風景也不錯，最主要的是有凈水機，少了專門要去買礦泉水的煩惱。唯一美中不足的就是吹風機吹出的風實在是太小了，吹個頭發得花很長時間。

Nice location close to Train Station and transport hub. Close to the market selling Winter Wormwood Fungus with a huge statue of a wormwood. Lots of food choices around. 1 Yuan bus fares to anywhere I think. Too bad it was rainy and cloudy during my stay. Construction renovations going on the building housing the Hotel so expect noise to disturb your stay for the time being or the winter months. Breakfast tickets are for the restaurant next-door which serves bao-zi and soups and noodles. You are allowed anything up to 14yuan total for breakfast. Only problem was the time it took for hot water to flow to the room. It must be a long way from the heating source. Rooms are clean and in good condition for the ratings level the Hotel has.
