Похоже, это новый отель, который открылся недавно. Номера чистые и выглядят аккуратно. Напор горячей воды для купания отличный. Рядом довольно много массажных салонов и в пешей доступности от Plaza Pelangi. Предоставляется фляга для воды, чтобы вы могли пополнить воду в номере, а также есть диспенсер для воды на каждом этаже. Я был очень доволен пребыванием!

Clean hotel with clean room. Good hairdryer, dries hair quickly. Good tv and comfortable bed. Many eateries all around the hotel vicinity, there’s also a laundry shop near the hotel. Massage shops also just next door. Easy check in and check out. Eco hotel because the toiletries are in permanent bottles so zero waste on toiletries that way. Toothbrush and coffee available at the reception to take if needed. There’s lift at hotel for easy floors access. However the toilet is really very small and the arrangement of toilet bowl and sink is quite uncomfortable, too tight a space. Also the shower head angle is very bad and difficult to adjust. Bad toilet experience due to the layout of toilet and facilities. Other than that, it’s quite a nice stay

Видно, что он серьезно относится к своей работе и более внимателен к гостям. Он может назвать имя, как только встретит его. Возможно, это профессиональная привычка. Расположение немного далековато от железнодорожной станции Чэнь Сюй Нянь, но ближе к мечети, упомянутой Сяо Ди Гуа, и вы можете дойти туда пешком. Транспортная доступность района удобна, имеется множество автобусных маршрутов. Есть прямые автобусы до Bak Kut Teh, Golden Bay Bakery, Three Sisters Hainan Chicken и т. д. Однако автобус до Джохор-Бару запутанный и иногда проезжает мимо остановок. Это не имеет никакого отношения к тому, местный вы житель или нет. Однако у дверей находится кладбище. Хотя это и не видно невооруженным глазом, но если вас это волнует, рекомендуется это учитывать. Круглосуточно у двери подают малайский рис, он очень вкусный, 15🐴 за две порции.

Такой замечательный опыт пребывания здесь. Обслуживание клиентов было очень хорошим с момента моего заселения в отель и до момента моего выезда из отеля. Отличное обслуживание клиентов со стороны леди на стойке регистрации, ощущение, что остановился в 5-звездочном отеле. Номера чистые, а безопасность отеля очень хорошая. Чувствовал себя в безопасности, когда останавливался здесь. Определенно забронирую этот отель снова в следующую поездку сюда.

For me, the hotel was a bang for your buck. For the price, it’s worth it as the check in/out was smooth even with self-service kiosk (do remember to prepare a RM50 cash deposit), the wifi in the room was fast and amenities were sufficient enough for a short stay.

Booked two different rooms. Mine was a single queen room on the lower floor (there are only two levels of rooms). Could hear plumbing noises from above the room intermittently way after midnight. I suppose people were showering. Could hear noises made by inconsiderate guests past midnight from outside the room. Complimentary breakfast spread was good. Would book the hotel again but would pay more for a room on the higher floor.

Cons: No locker provided; Not-welcoming receptionist; access card not working; roommate talking to the phone till midnight which was disturbing, earplugs given but ineffective to block noise; room door broken and couldn't lock; toilet was smelly and floor was always wet; some dirt on the table inside my cubicle; see-through blind; the dorm was probably meant for long-term working occupants as there were some weird rules. Pros: walking distance to Komtar JBCC and CIQ; towel (dirty), toothbrush and earplugs (not useful) were provided; being the most effortable option at time of booking. This was my first time staying in a capsule hostel. Honestly, it was a mixed and slightly negative experience but for a short rest it is still marginally acceptable.

Parking & Access: · Parking is accessible with a Touch 'n Go card. · Overnight rate: RM11 (from 9:45 PM to 8:35 AM). · Alternatively, street parking is available but requires a coupon or parking app. · Note: The elevator (lift) is located on Level 1, so you’ll need to take stairs to reach it initially—something to consider if you have heavy luggage. Check-in & Fees: · Self check-in kiosk available—fast and convenient. · Refundable deposit: RM50, payable by card. · Extra access card: Also requires a RM50 refundable deposit, plus a RM20 daily electricity charge. Room & Cleanliness: · Exceptionally clean (”squeaky clean”), everything feels new. · Room has a pleasant, fresh scent. · Twist the toothpaste to open · Minor Issue: The shower/bathroom drain was slow to clear water. Facilities: · Coway water dispenser and ironing facilities available in the hallway for guest use. · Water pressure on Level 2 was average—functional but not strong. · During my stay, there was a grand opening buffet with a great selection of food—a nice bonus Pros so far: · Very clean and new · Smooth self check-in · Front desk on stand by is nice · Convenient payment options (card for deposit) · Good basic amenities (Coway, iron) · Bonus: enjoyed opening ceremony buffet Cons so far: · Lift access requires stairs from ground level · Extra daily charge for electricity (RM20) on top of card deposit · Water pressure is only average (at least on Level 2) · Slow bathroom drain It would be a lovely guest perk if the hotel could waive or provide a discount on the parking fee for staying guests, simplifying the arrival experience haha
