I enjoyed my one night pre-cruise stay. It was nice being on the trolley line because we needed a few things for the cruise and went to Publix. Also the free shuttle to the port was great. Also, the breakfast was plentiful.

Этот отель имеет отличное расположение и превосходное обслуживание. Персонал очень дружелюбный, а завтрак вполне приличный. Единственный недостаток — на кровати и в ванной были маленькие тараканы. Насколько я видел, в отеле проводился ремонт, но некоторые части номера не были полностью восстановлены. Некоторые зоны старые и кишат тараканами. Было бы очень здорово, если бы это исправили.

Universe, I have been here at this property from March 13,2026 through March 19,2026 and I’m Check-Out @ 11am Sharp! The Internet network slower than normal they don’t Re-Fresh the router everyone knows to do this what if the power goes out same thing right or left… Then I had to call the police in Broward County because I waited Each Check-In for hours just Tauh get to my room umm been paid for! So then I were told I were been supposed to be out the room I’m like UHT OH… let me show you… so the Network single is very weak over here so I was rush saying “I got to make my rounds love”… So it pulled up on my phone right…. Now I’m like see I’m post to check-out today but I mean since I’m late it weee like 2:30pm… I’ll just pay for another stay no problem… so they lady make a comeback saying in 30 minutes… 2:39pm shows up! I’m downstairs in office awaiting like… so she tells me get on the app or the website so I’m like alright she say “ is there anything available” me yup and here is confirmation… Then I finally check-out on time after bathing and maintain-ing sort- of… There is a bus stop out front and I waited there thinking and having on my mind to go on but it will take time for another, everything, anything, right or left… So I looked to see next move then this happened to be the only one and it went down a few dollars in asking price… so I re-booked… All this commotion regardless it has been exhaustingly & extremely rigorous! On the contrary to explain into detail this lastly stay Check-In EVERYBODY ELSE KNOWS WHY DON’T YOU!!??? Online told me. Two tickets left so I blinked and mines were on my device… everybody gotta helpinng hand got to collect there keys and award to there rooms but me the last one Check-In @ 3pm EST Pacific U.S.A U.S. or U.S. U.S.A and let me tell you something after climbing all these stairs makes it to the room walking in… searching over the room for lefties or righties… Finds (INSECT) still kicking gibberishing… now what to do (Toilet Paper) (AWAY!!!) & that’s FINAL…!!! It’s been whatevea you call it or been calling it… I’m out @ Check-Out Today March 19,2026 @ 11AM on the bullseye!

We used this hotel last year as a place to rest for the night on annual trip. There were a couple of minor issues, one the management had little control over - someone smoking in the hall, but over all it was a cheap, but acceptable place to stop for the night. This year we decided to try them again. I'm not sure if we will ever stop there again. We checked in and my wife went upstairs with our small dog while I went out and got luggage from the car. By the time I got back inside, she was back downstairs saying she couldn't get the key card to unlock the door. The person at the front desk said he'd try both keys and if neither would open the door he'd move us to another room. After a try or two, he was able to get it to unlock. He said people leave the card in the slot too long and the trick is too quickly put it in and take it out. I mention the lock is flashing red occasionally and not just immediately after pulling the key card out (low battery?), but he doesn't really say much in response. We put the luggage in the room, then went to go get the rest. Went back up and couldn't get it to unlock. Now we've got luggage trapped in the room. We go downstairs and tell the front desk guy we were still having problems. He went up and again was able to unlock it after a couple or so tries. We want another room, but he says since he can open it, we can either stay or cancel our reservation and go somewhere else because it's too much trouble to switch rooms and we can just get him to unlock it. It's past 9 PM, my wife's getting tired (she was driving) and I've got a bad headache. Trying to find another hotel room, that accepts pets, would take more time and trouble, so we stay basically trapped in the room with only one person able leave at a time because I didn't trust his continued skill and probably luck in being able to finesse the door open. I mentioned it to someone at the front desk who said they were the manager (when I asked) and would take care of it. But this was an unacceptable situation that could have been easily resolved by just switching rooms. There wasn't a lot going on at that hour on a cold December night.

I had read the reviews for this hotel on several websites before booking and decided to go with them because they were all good. This was my 60th birthday trip and when we got there this place looked just like their website. Beautiful Old style like you’ll never get to experience ever again. We got a room upgrade to room on the Water. Room #1. There’s nothing fancy about them, but I think that’s what adds to the charm of the hotel but everything in the room is nice, comfortable, clean and works. Patio leads right outside to the water where you can sit on your deck or walk along the pier and look at the boats, we had a boat docked in front of our room. I loved watching the people getting ready to go out. I joked and told them I was happy letting them borrow my boat for the day. We enjoyed our daily Pelican visitors who sat on the post every evening and we enjoyed the Rooster every morning when we sat outside enjoying our ice tea. The pool is very nice, I dipped my foot in and it was a little chilly. The beach area wasn’t much of a beach in my opinion. But it still adds to the charm. Lisa and Tammy were very nice and friendly and we had no problems checking in or any issues whatsoever with our stay. There is a food truck on site we ate at 1st night, because we drove all day and it was real foggy by the time we were going to leave to go eat in Marathon. I had the Crab pizza and Brian had the Ham pizza. $15.00 each and big for one person if your hungry. I didn’t eat all of mine. lol. But very good. The hotel just changed ownership and are doing upgrades and some renovations, so at times while we were there it was a little noisy but nothing we couldn’t deal with. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to the Keys. Because you’re not going to get this Old Style feel staying right on the water for much longer any where else especially for these prices. Отель предлагает трансфер до аэропорта и круизного терминала, который предоставляется бесплатно при предварительном бронировании. Если вы бронировали через Ctrip, служба поддержки клиентов Ctrip может даже помочь вам позвонить и организовать трансфер – Ctrip работает очень эффективно! Отлично! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Отличный отель! Очень приветливый и инициативный персонал! Превосходное время заселения и выселения. Бесплатный трансфер как до EPCOT (я сам не пользовался, но оттуда легко добраться до Magic Kingdom на очень удобной монорельсовой дороге), так и до Universal Studios. Шаттл ходит рано утром, поэтому вы можете приехать и начать пользоваться услугами отеля сразу после его открытия. Наконец, отель расположен очень близко к Universal Studios, что очень удобно для возвращения на такси или другими способами и для посещения многочисленных магазинов и развлекательных заведений вечером.
