Accommodation was fine . The TV was tiny. Breakfast ok. Great location for overnight stop. Female receptionists were fantastic, helpful and polite .

Location is great but is expensive. They have tried to automate things but means a hit on service. Did not tell us about registering the car numberplate in a computer as part of check in. We then got stuck at a barrier just popping out to see the area. Then had to pay the barrier as no humans. Then had to make a claim. Then still waiting for the claim. Computers reduce headcount but reduce service. The hotel itself is fine but was not value for money.

Another great stay here, our room was the exact same as usual however some of the lights were abit naff or didn’t work this time around, no major issues but shame compared to previous stays. Likewise the tv remote was very temperamental this time around. But as it was booked in advance for a cheap night it was great.

Took myself away for the weekend. the location of this hotel was perfect for me to decide where I could go for the day. There's a lot to do in the area, from bowling with an arcade, soft play for children, and cinema. A good selection of places for food and drinks. The train station isn't too far away and opens up a lot more places. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They give recommendations and help direct to whatever you need / want. The staff also on arrival ask I'd you have a preferred floor. Stayed here 3 times. I would definitely recommend and stay again if needed to.

The room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient. Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable. Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!

樓下酒吧餐廳，樓上及後院是房間，服務設施都還行，但是有些房間會比較吵，馬路和bar裏聊天的聲音，以及莫名其妙持續的不知道是什麼機器在運作的噪音。有點被圖片欺騙了…

Rooms are very clean, satisfied with the cleaning services they gave. We’re glad that they served a complimentary drinks and some cookies that we enjoyed! Small things but brightens up our mood from too much exhaustion from a day trip and arriving at midnight in the hotel. Thank you for a nice place to stay in!

Этот отель прекрасно расположен в идеальном месте, совсем недалеко от Стратфорда-на-Эйвоне. Единственный минус – это время приема пищи. Необходимо улучшить контроль за запасами завтрака или назначить управляющего столовой. Часто продукты были на исходе, и многим гостям приходилось постоянно просить вернуть недостающие. Во-вторых, свадебные гости/участники свадебных торжеств проходят через один из залов для завтрака, чтобы попасть в зал для свадебной церемонии. Гостей провожали в зал для завтрака, где гости отеля ещё заканчивали свой завтрак. Эту комнату следует сделать отдельной, чтобы гостям отеля предоставлялось пространство и время для завтрака. Мы переместили её в бар, но там было ещё хуже, так как люди приходили за напитками до 11 утра! Если бар всё же будет открыт, то мы бы проводили гостей свадьбы в отдельную зону, а не мешали гостям отеля. Мы чувствовали себя очень неловко, как будто нарушали их покой. Ещё хочу отметить, что девушке, объявляющей информацию о свадьбе, следует быть более вежливой с персоналом. Я услышала резкую команду переместить какой-то предмет... Это грубо и неприемлемо, особенно в присутствии гостей или кого-либо ещё, не говоря уже о том, что это неловко для сотрудника, который это сделал. Весь персонал был замечательным, думаю, им не помешало бы обучение или рекомендации по организации хорошо организованного завтрака. Ужин был восхитительным, разве что немного неорганизованным и временами медленным. Нужно быть внимательнее. Спа и бассейны замечательные. В целом, мы прекрасно провели время, и наш номер был превосходным! Я бы обязательно вернулась снова... только наймите больше персонала, если потребуется, сезонного.

I had an absolutely delightful stay here. The rooms were spotless, provided in the rooms were coffee machines, bath robes, room slippers, hair dryers. There were basic toiletries and you could ask for vanity kits or shaving kits as well. The in room dining menu is priced very well but it is not all day, so do check with the reception. There is so much to do around the property and there’s ample parking available as well. The indoor pool is heated and can be used till 8PM. Breakfast is from 7-10AM and is a lovely spread.
