Beautiful experience! The hotel has been recently renewed, has a whole new building and a wonderful new Spa facilities, which is top 2 if not the best in Portugal. The restaurant that connects to the hotel is also excellent with a varied menu of well-made Portuguese dishes (reservation mandatory!) Definitely a must trip to do yearly during the winter season!

Gostámos Muito do hotel. Quartos pequenos mas muito agradáveis, com uma decoração bonita. A piscina interior é muito boa. Apesar do hotel estar cheio, nunca sentimos confusão ou que o serviço era demorado. Pequeno almoço delicioso! A decoração do hotel era muito bonita!

What an amazing hotel in this city. A great scenic ride down the Serra Estrella, plenty parking and helpful staff to explain where to locate the amazing wall art city trail. The breakfast is one of the best I had in long time, fresh and plenty local options, large rooms and well equipped. No complaints.

A vista do hotel é deslumbrante, proporcionando uma experiência única aos hóspedes. O atendimento, tanto na receção quanto no restaurante, destaca-se pela simpatia e profissionalismo da equipa. No entanto, um ponto a melhorar é a qualidade do Wi-Fi, que apresentou falhas frequentes de conexão. A gastronomia do restaurante é de excelente qualidade, com destaque para a sobremesa de pudim de castanhas e a carne T-bone, ambas altamente recomendadas. Além disso, a área de lazer adjacente ao restaurante é extremamente acolhedora, equipada com lareiras que proporcionam um ambiente agradável. No entanto, foi notado que as lareiras estiveram acessas apenas no primeiro dia da estadia, sendo que nos dias seguintes, apesar do frio mais intenso, o ambiente permaneceu confortável devido ao ar condicionado. Por fim, uma sugestão de melhoria seria aumentar a temperatura da piscina aquecida, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável para os hóspedes.

Very nice hotel, we only stayed overnight but it was perfect; clean, quiet, and a pretty big room, and we had a nice view out the back. They had a restaurant in the hotel but we walked into town instead, but the breakfast was good, lots to choose from and the staff was very accommodating.

This was our 2nd stay here, we came back because of our experience the 1st time. Nice clean rooms, quiet, nice amenities, and friendly staff.

The hotel was in grait location close to the old center. Staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious with grait view. The food atvthe hotel restaurant was delisious. We recomend !

It was a very special experience for me. The hotel was built with stone walls and looked in harmony with nature. It was very pretty and neat. The service was friendly and breakfast was delicious.

After Gym Hotel races behaviour, the police led us to this hotel and it was a great place to stay. Our other commitments didnt provide the opportunity to extend our stay. The employees were friendly and helpful. We promised to visit the ancient city again.

Hotel is a bit on the older side. Toilet door was not functioning great and they didn’t provide free water in the room. Breakfast options were good. And lots of parking in the surrounding area
