Overall service was excellent especially Mr Aviet, duty manager. I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay. The breakfast every morning was a good spread and the staff team worked well in harmony. Overall, good experience with excellent both front desk and F&B. We

The noise outside the room is still very loud if there are people in the elevator... the restaurant cannot be used for breakfast all at once if the hotel is full... perhaps this is something to consider. Also, the sauna facilities and the 30th floor are specifically for guests staying in suite-type rooms.

I recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Tentrem in Semarang, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was impressive, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The hotel amenities, including the gym, were excellent and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ibuk Elfi for her warm hospitality during breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor made our mornings even more enjoyable. As a coffee lover, I was particularly impressed by the skills of Mas Arafi, the barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino, mocaccino, and café latte he prepared; each cup was a treat. His knowledge of coffee truly shines through in every sip. The rooftop bar offers exquisite views, and friendly staff tend to your every need. A staple since the early 2000s for families and solo travelers alike, the Gumaya evolved into a quality offering in a sea of competition for the best 5 star in Semarang. Clean and spacious rooms with a good view either side, tasteful decor, and a comfortable overall experience. Breakfast was Lucious and plentiful, easy parking, and central location to explore Semarang plus the added taxi convenience makes it an all rounder

Встреча в Джокьякарте обойдется в 850 000, трансфер в Боробудур и ожидание, а затем трансфер в отель в Джокьякарте обойдется в 1300 000.

Staff super ramah. Sangat menyenangkan stay disini. Cocok buat kumpul bareng anak Dan Keluarga. SwPool is really good. Cuman ada sedikit kendala kemaren dpt kamar yg lampu led diatase bed mati. Trus remote tv jg kehabisan batere. but overall menyenangkan stay disini.

Каждый сотрудник отеля проявил исключительную теплоту, профессионализм и внимательность, превратив наше пребывание из просто приятного в поистине незабываемое.

Мне очень нравится этот отель, персонал просто замечательный и отзывчивый, кровать и подушка очень удобные. В 10 вечера в номере напротив моего кто-то был открыт, они громко разговаривали, и я пожаловалась на ресепшен, и персонал сразу же попросил их закрыть двери, чтобы я могла поспать.
