Недавно я останавливался в этом очаровательном отеле, и в целом впечатления остались прекрасные. Отель безупречно чистый и ухоженный, хотя в нём чувствуется лёгкое очарование старины. Отсутствие телефонов в номерах добавляло ностальгической атмосферы, создавая ощущение чего-то вроде «бхул бхулияан» (лабиринта), но в забавном и необычном ключе. В отеле царит спокойная, расслабляющая атмосфера, идеально подходящая для отдыха. Одним из главных достоинств отеля стал фантастический бассейн – отличное место, чтобы искупаться и расслабиться. На заднем дворе, с прекрасным ландшафтом, можно было спокойно посидеть и насладиться окрестностями. Ещё более особенным было то, что он находился недалеко от пляжа – до него можно было дойти пешком всего за несколько минут, а вид на пляж из отеля был просто потрясающим. Виды, открывающиеся из окон отеля, были не менее впечатляющими: из разных уголков отеля открывался вид на океан и природную красоту. Это место, где можно полностью забыть о времени, расслабиться и насладиться красотой окрестностей. Я бы определённо рекомендовал этот отель всем, кто ищет тихого, спокойного отдыха с великолепными видами и прекрасной атмосферой.

Amazing location with a spacious room and balcony, the breakfast is also wonderful with fresh homemade bread and offering a lot of amities introduction from the spa and fork and spoon cafe. We have a good time oh and the car park with overnight special offer

Check in was very quick. We had a family room with a double and a single basement room. Was get nice, clean and spacious. Plenty of parking, 10 my ns walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants.

We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

Our stay at Harbour Heights was extremely enjoyable! . From the greeting we received from the reception staff on our arrival to the equally warm farewell when we left. Our  room was very comfortable & larger than your typical standard room. The bathroom well presented, the bed very comfortable bed and all other facilities in the room perfect (I was very impressed to find an iron and ironing board). We were very impressed by the breakfast and found the restaurant manager very lovely and helpful. He kept a very tight ship, ensured that everything was replenished the moment it ran out and the staff who worked with him were equally pleasant and very helpful. Pre-dinner drinks and dinner on the terrace was terrific, and what a view! The hotel as in great condition, everything looked newly updated, corridor carpets very clean, wall tiles, bathroom fittings etc., of good quality ., The hôtel was very clean and modern, whilst still retaining its original character. This was our first visit to Harbour Heights but will certainly not be our last. A most wonderful location for a short break,!

Very nice hotel for its price. Quick access to the beach. Doesn’t have AC but has fans in each room which do the job. Staff are excellent, great service by the team. Got us everything we needed. Costs to park at the hotel. Cheaper to park on the main road which is free between 5pm and 9am and free on the weekends. Very close to Bournemouth pier and boscombe pier. Has everything you need otherwise. Lift is a little small but works well. Close to everything. Cant complain.

Overall stay was nice in this apartments. The only problem I felt here that I got a room at 2nd floor and I already mentioned that I have a baby, so it was very difficult to come down and go up again on the stairs with a baby and his stroller. I requested when I got to know that I have been given a room on 2nd floor but they still didn’t change my room, I also requested if they can change after 1 day (as I had a booking of two nights). There was only one fan in the room that was dirty as well, I had to request another one as we were 3 adults and there were two beds. In the amenities it was mentioned that the apartment come with an iron but that was not there, I had to request it separately. Although a spare table fan was provided later on and iron on the next day. Overall, the flat was clean and well maintained, they just need to improve the service.
