The hotel is nice and new. Room also good and spacious at this price. Comfortable stay. But during my stay, my room air-conditioning was happened in water leak. After the technician maintain, and leak again. Eventually they changed a room for me. The breakfast buffet is nice. Keep up the good job. Must stay in price competitive.

We booked this place last minute after denied check in at another place only to be able to stay at the said hotel after few hours. Forced to cancel and never stay in the unit but had an experience dealing with the owner. Although it cant be refunded but lets assume its a good place based on the pictures alone haha

Amenities in the room were impressive and met all basic needs for a comfortable stay. Firstly, the hot water functioned perfectly, which is always a plus point in any accommodation. Some places advertise hot showers only for you to find lukewarm water at best—but not here. The water pressure was just right, and the shower area was clean and equipped with enough towels and toiletries to last through the stay. Another amenity that stood out was the mini fridge. This was particularly convenient as I was able to store snacks and drinks to enjoy at my leisure. It worked well and was clean inside—no foul smells or leftover stains. It's always great to have a functioning fridge in the room, especially for longer stays. There was also a television available in the room, which offered a decent selection of channels. While I didn’t spend too much time watching TV, it was a nice option to have, especially if you're planning on relaxing in the room for the evening. The remote worked, and the image quality was clear with no issues in signal. Small touches like a clothes rack, a mirror, and a desk or table were also present, which added to the practicality of the room. It was easy to keep things organized and have a spot to sit down and work or eat if needed. Overall, I would say this stay was well worth the value. The room was not only large and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for a short or even extended stay. It’s clear that attention was paid to guest comfort and convenience. For anyone looking for a spacious, clean, and well-maintained place with all the essential amenities functioning as expected, I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Это мой третий визит в этот отель. Номер был отличным и чистым. Нам достался номер рядом с бассейном, и, когда проходили люди, было немного шумно. Но в номере определенно было тихо и спокойно. Мы не слышали плеска воды из номера, так как дизайн довольно удачный, и шум из ванной комнаты не доносится. Довольно хорошее расположение, рядом множество киосков с едой и торговый центр. Если вы арендуете машину, отель также предоставляет парковку, которая находится в подземном переходе. Вам не нужно беспокоиться о дожде или солнце, когда вы забираете свою семью. Молодцы сотрудники отеля, надеюсь, они и дальше будут поддерживать чистоту и порядок в отеле.

Мне очень понравилось пребывание в отеле, мой номер очень чистый, без пылинки, мягкие чистые новые простыни, работающий кондиционер и водонагреватель, большая двуспальная кровать. Отель не выглядит новым, но качество номеров превосходное. гостеприимство персонала превосходное. Предложу своим друзьям и семье приехать сюда в будущем, чтобы остановиться в Мири. Если вы бронируете стандартный номер, обязательно возьмите с собой собственные туалетные принадлежности.

I stayed at a Junior Suite which was quite spacious. There were two TVs, one is a smart Tav (albeit a small one) There is a cute bath tub, which was nice. But the drainage was interesting as the water from bath tub made its way to the shower room. Hot water was satisfactory, and strong. The air cond goes directly only to the living room, it does not go to the bedroom so it took a while for us to feel the aircond on the bed. I felt the aircond was not cold, at one point of time, the maintenance person said to me, 'this temperature is ok'. He should be trained to bring a thermometer to determine the temperature, not using his feeling (IMO). Breakfast was all right, the food was tasty enough. My constructive feedback is; please use butter instead of margarine for bread, there is a big difference between hard boiled and soft boiled eggs, and please make sure the coffee is hot. The staff were friendly and flexible to our request for late check out (we requested late check out at 1 pm).

There was an issue with the air conditioner. Other than that, everything was good, but some rooms didn’t have a hair dryer or a fridge. However, I was impressed because the maintenance team asked if I wanted to change rooms and directly contacted the receptionist, who immediately allowed us to do so.

I found that this hotel has been operating for a long time. However, the cleanliness of this hotel is well-maintained for the comfort of guests coming here. I stayed in a Premier king room at a very reasonable price. I got a spacious room with space and sofa. As for the room comfort, I am very satisfied. The large king-sized bed made my sleep very comfortable. I stayed here for 3 night. Each day, I returned from the city to find the room had been cleaned and the towels and other items replaced. I am very satisfied. Besides being located in the middle of Bintulu city, there are also plenty of parking spaces
