Was a lovely place to stsy and the staff was absolutely brilliant i would highly recommend this place to stay

A Perfect Day at The Bedingfeld Arms! What a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, The Bedingfeld Arms delivered exactly what we were hoping for—and more. Nestled in a charming location, it felt like a gentle escape into the countryside, with just the right mix of warmth and ease. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. We lingered over our meal, not wanting it to end! The rooms were just what we needed: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It was so lovely to wake up refreshed and step out into such a peaceful setting. While some might wish for a slightly more “posh” or traditional pub feel—Tom did miss the classic old-world touches like dark walnut floors and the scent of oak smoke in the air—we both appreciated the light, airy ambiance and modern comfort. It’s clear The Bedingfeld Arms has found its own style, and it’s working beautifully. Altogether, it was a delightful, cheerful, and refreshing day, and we’re so glad we chose to spend it here. Thank you to everyone at The Bedingfeld Arms for making it so special—we can’t wait to return!

A very warm welcome from Mike who manages the establishment. Our room was called Treasure of the Broads. It was beautifully decorated, a huge modern bathroom with rain shower over the top of it. We had a meal in the evening and although we hadn’t booked prior to arrival and they were fully booked Mike had no issue with finding us a table with a great view of the Broads. We would definitely return again in the future. The atmosphere of the pub is relaxed but very professional. Credit to the Chef. A wedding was taking place on the day we arrived but this didn’t cause us any noise related issues and we enjoyed watching from afar! All staff and Mike couldn’t do enough for us and we were offered a late departure which we kindly accepted. A shame we couldn’t have stayed longer but a good excuse to return! We stayed in the king suite and amazing experience, so much room and the room was so clean, because of the air con it was so cooling which was amazing because of the heat. No complains even free drinks I’m mini fridge. Only issue was payment because I did mine through a travel agent and got a bit confusing but in the end solved itself but service was amazing throughout loved it!

Beautiful hotel not far from city centre. Staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was large, with twin beds put together, which was unexpected with one duvet over both. I did expect separate twin beds, but it was ok. The hotel itself is full of history, including a knight. I called him Gerald. I would love to have been there longer than the one night so I could fully explore the hotel. We did not use the spa, and again, I would have loved to. We are likely to go back to fully experience what the hotel offers. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces. Breakfast is buffet style plenty to choose from. No one shows you around just go and help yourself. We look forward to going back.

We lived one night in a king bed room 416, there was no heater available, only air conditioner, but the air-con wasn't working for heating function for the whole night since we entered the room, the wind came out are all CLOD! It was freezing all night compared the temperature was only 2 degree that day. The experience was terrible.

This is our second visit as a family at the Cromer Country Club. This visit we had extended out our invitation to our parents. We all enjoyed our 4 night stay. This place is brilliant and accommodating for families. We have a 9 month old baby. We asked for an apartment close to the road so we could have easy access for a pram. Which they did. Staff friendly. The restaurant catered for our baby and the food was delicious. You can walk to the coast comfortably. The apartment was clean, updated, and accessible for our family. We would definitely recommend and go again.

Stayed in the Dukes Head hotel- Kings Lynn to meet with friends the day before a wedding. The hotel itself is located well in the centre of town and on first look in good condition around the outside and the lobby. Our room on the other hand was not great. The shower was leaking, the floor not cleaned. The worst of it was being placed next to the lift, the noise was ridiculous, like having a tv on full volume all throughout the night. I noted this to reception and no apologies or acknowledgement to the issue seemed to sync in. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

Looks a little run down outside and quite dated inside. We spent one night in a twin room which was reasonably clean however i would suggest they upgrade the mattress protectors. Nice little complementary tray with water, tea coffee sugar and biscuits. Staff on reception were very friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment. Overall stay was good.

The summer room is a small cosy unit attached to the main house with a separate entrance. It's about 30 minutes's walk to the city centre. We preferred not to walk the quiet streets after dinner to get back to the flat. There are a lot of parking options and it's a flat rate of 3 to 4 quids after 5 pm to the next day.
