The hotel looks nice from the facade and online pictures but the reality at the hotel is very different.
Guests are all predominantly French or Moroccon and the majority of the guests are rude, dismissive and do not know how to queue.
Further, the staff are all generally rude and do not smile or try to help.
In the restaurant regularly at breakfast, coffee cups and juice cups would run out and not be replenished for ages.
Further, I witnessed staff handling hams and cheeses with their bare hands - no gloves.
The water park had several maintenance issues and several slides were broken and not working.
The floor within the water park was dangerously wet and slippery, whilst I understand it’s going to get wet - there was no drainage for the water and inconsequence walkways in the water park became dangerously slippery.
I didn’t leave the resort and only ate and drank in the resort. Me, my friend and several guests came down with food poising and became very sick. After being seen by a doctor they confirmed that it was a stomach bug and due to poor sanitation from eating and drinking.
Like I said I witnessed staff handling food with their bare hands and also the same with ice cubes and fruit.
I became very seriously ill and this did spoil my holiday; the reception staff were unhelpful and I only got medical attention using my travel insurance.
The resort blasts loud and thumping French and Moroccan music from 10am through to 11pm at night - there is no relaxation
