Taj Amer, Jaipur

The Hotel provides a very luxurious and comfortable experience. The Hospitality was really good. The entire team was very soft spoken and great at their job. I would like to thank Harish and Lokesh for providing us great service. I would definitely like to come here again.

We had a pleasure staying at the amazing hotel-Taj Amer , Jaipur, where we received hospitality beyond what we had expected. Though we only stayed for a night as a relaxation trip after half day of hospital work, at the end, to us it was a feeling of a long stay , fully relaxed and rejuvenated. Right from the Checkin, our stay was made extremely comfortable. Tripana & Nikita saw that the check in was smooth. Shamiana- the restaurant had lovely food for veggies like us. Extremely palatable , hot & crispy. The restaurant manager took personal care to oversee the service. Our room was upgraded courtesy Senior management. The room was exceptional, very spacious and cozy. Mr Dharmendra in the Bar was exceptional. He made some lovely drinks for us with mango as the base. He was very courteous and has great knowledge of various cocktails etc. Abhishek the musician in the bar made the evening memorable. He sang many new & old songs including ghazals of Jagjeet and played excellent guitar. The starter in the bar were extremely tasty and I would recommend “kurkuri bhindi” “ Kathi roll” and veg kababs for the veggies. The good size swimming pool at the top floor with bar was very nice. Everyone were very courteous and helpful and view from the top all around was marvellous. The “ infinity bar “ had some interesting cocktails. Talking to the chefs, barman and others, I realised that at Taj Amer , the senior management spearheaded by General Manager Mr Devraj Singh , a very energetic & dynamic person & his deputies Mr Shantanu Ghosh operational manager ( had an opportunity to meet both in person) & Ms Shaleena Singh saw that everyone was given an opportunity to improvise things, create new recipes etc be humble and helping and give the guests a great feeling so that they always think to visit the property again and again. I would highly recommend the property for relaxation and getting the best hospitality.

Sonu and Deepak attended our room for cleaning and assistance to room services.It was really very nice and staff was very helpful food good and nice.It was really a nice stay for us.will like to recommend and stay again. Thanks sonu very helpful Thanks. Nice

Loved the stay. This is one of the best stay I’ve had. We checked in late and Mr. Aniketh really helped us with the stay. Mr. Aniket and his senior made effort to present us with a cake and flowers late night which was such a sweet gesture. All over 10 on 10 reaalllyy impressed by the service and stay

Taj became a 2nd home for my family. too awesome experience ***** with comfortable stay. Taj got everything perfect in its place and space. Every person from top level to ground staffs were very helpful and always keep smile and greetings, which is very unique. love them all.

Everything was just perfect. The staff, hospitality, room service, food, room, arrangements, evening tea. The happy and adorable staff just made our day. We were overwhelmed and satisified from entry till exit. 100% recommended to all the families and couples. There were few staff members who were absolutely amazing- Kupu, Chunu, Ramphool, Thanadar and Sameer.

It was a great experience starting from welcome done by the staff during entry. Priyanka at the desk helped us with our upgrade and was very helpful and cooperative. Experience was magnificent with the staff. Vikas at the Taj Club Lounge was very cooperative and with us the food and the drinks were amazing the ambience was also great with the great view of the Aravali range, one of the main reason to choose the property was Taj Club , we had the best housekeeping staff, Ganesh the housekeeping incharge managed everything very well. Harish was also a staff member was very sweet and helped a lot.

The service and ambience was excellet, special thanks to Mr. Harish kumar from front office ,His service was excellent and he was really friendly and helpful. He decorated our room for our special day and make us feel us really special. Hotel pool was the best thing.
