Chimera Tuscany Resort

Most importantly, the staff were lovely, professional and helpful. They provided a superior breakfast. The property was newly renovated to a very high specification, the pool area was beautiful along with the other out buildings. Even the bedding was wonderful quality. 10 minutes from Arezzo, a perfect location for fun in town and relaxation by a pool. Great for a couple, family or big house party.

Lovely stylish rooms which have been recently decorated in a tranquil and rural location. The gardens are beautiful and the pool looks stunning. It was too cold for me when we stayed. A car is necessary (unless you have a generous budget for a taxi). The driveway to the hotel has many potholes which cannot easily be avoided. Hopefully they will be filled in soon. The hotel served breakfast and said that a light lunch could be available if we asked. No dinner. Indeed the hotel largely closed by 6pm. With no bar either it felt more like a very upmarket B&B than an hotel. I don't know if this changes in high season. There is a spa which we did not use. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay because the setting and rooms were so lovely.

Overall very very good. Only the bed was a bit short for someone over ~1,80m.

It is a beautifully refurnished modest sized tuscan house- about 8-9 rooms. Room was nice, not large. Very clean, approx 5kms from Arezzo train station ( Euros 20-25- was told it was Euros 15). No restaurant other than OK breakfast though was offered a simple lunch ( salami/ caprese salad) when we were obviously hungry. We were not told there was a drinks menu ( saw it on the reception desk as we checked out a day early due to lack of food etc), or offered a drink, no information or any evidence of the activities advertised on the webpage, Nothing in the room- except 2 small bottles of water in the fridge. Due to wasps breakfast was in a small room entitled 'Spa' ( there was no information about what spa services, if any existed). Pool and view lovely. There are no staff on duty after 830pm. So its a lovely small B&B, but not a resort, and if not driving, I wouldn't recommend it as you need to leave the property to eat.

Struttura curata e molto carina ma non è un hotel, è un B&B. La strada per arrivarci è sterrata, scomoda e piena di buche. Le stanze piccoline e semplici. La colazione non è a buffet, si ordina alla carta. Tutti gentili ma fuori prezzo per quello che offre.

Insieme alla mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura, da sabato 20 a lunedì 22, attratti dalla location, servizi e paesaggio. Trattamento Pernottamento + Colazione. Che dire... "Come a Casa". Al nostro arrivo accoglienza meravigliosa. Gentilezza, Cordialità e Disponibilità che ci ha anche sorpreso (in senso positivo ovviamente). Come se fossimo amici e non dei clienti. Camera stupenda, vista sulla piscina e paesaggio, dotata di tutti i comfort che si cercano. Colazione abbondante e Buona, sia dolce che salato, possibilità di scelte che non ti aspetti. La Spa ad Uso esclusivo della camera (da aggiungere al pacchetto), riesci a godertela in totale relax nel vero senso della parola. Merita. Se vogliamo proprio trovare un difetto, ma a voler fare i "pignoli e puntigliosi" la strada x arrivare, con pioggia ed intemperie, si possono formare buche antipatiche. D'altronde si è in campagna... ci sta... basta andare con calma e si superano. Peccato, causa meteo, non aver potuto godersi la piscina esterna. Occasione per tornarci. Lo consiglio pienamente. Maravilhosa experiência toscana, atendimento simpático e atencioso, janelas com vista para piscina e vinhedos, café da manhã maravilhoso, nos emprestaram duas bikes e fomos passear nos arredores até a margem do Rio Arno. Adoramos tudo!

Struttura e staff eccellente. Camera pulita e servizi stupendi. SPA vivamente consigliata. La struttura è fuori Arezzo ed è facilmente raggiungibile se seguite le indicazioni che l’hotel vi manda al momento della prenotazione. La colazione è servita quindi non c’è il buffet ma si può ordinare tutto in maniera illimitata. Molto cordiale e disponibile lo staff. Persone che hanno a cura il soggiorno e il benessere del cliente. Veramente complimenti. Grazie per l’ospitalità.

Un magnifique endroit rénové il y a moins de 4 ans avec énormément de goût ! Un accueil juste parfait, d une douceur infinie qui rend magique ce havre de paix absolue … mais quel bonheur ! Infiniment merci 🙏🏻 Nous recommandons sans réserve cet endroit inoubliable
