Only members get special treatment here. I stay here five nights. I asked for a one hour late departure like 12 and they asked me to pay $50. The breakfast was almost the same every day.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. However, note that there is no shuttle service to DCA Airport, and the hotel is not within walking distance to any Metro station. This makes it a bit inconvenient for travelers without a car, as you’ll likely need to rely on Uber or Lyft for transportation. Despite that, it’s a quiet and safe area, and the amenities make it a decent budget-friendly option for those who don’t mind app-based transport or have your own transportation.

Avoid unless there are no other options available

The food was different and better then expected from such a hotel. Overall the rate based on 10 scale is 6,9. The location was not very good.

My stay was enjoyable. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The food was excellent, enjoyed the breakfast. The facility was clean and comfortable. They came in and cleaned the room every day.

酒店還行，就是一進房間有很濃的芝士味，太難聞了，早餐去的晚很容易沒吃的

Комната чистая и комфортная. Достаточно много полотенец и хорошая уборка. Завтраки хорошие яйца, мясные сосиски и ДР. И все остальное как обычно. Трансфер до метро каждые 30 минут очень удобно. Рядом с отелем гулять негде и кушать тоже, но Шатл решает вопрос. 10 минут и возле большого молла Pentagon city. Отель рекомендую.

After a 100+ reviews this will be the worse hotel we have stayed at. The wallpaper was ripped. One chair had two big stains on it. We waited 20 min at the front desk for the clerk to come back to the desk to check us in. The room key would not work twice. The gift / food shop is gross and should be closed down after the heath dept. sees them. The whole room is outdated. We asked the desk clerk at night for a 5am wakeup call and a 530am taxi. We heard him call for the taxi service. At 525am we got a call that our taxi was there early and went down to lobby. We placed our bags in the trunk of the taxi and got in the back seat. We immediately noticed that there was no meter and asked how we pay. The driver said it was a flat rate of $20. I knew to keep quiet and just go to the airport. This was a gypse cab. It should have been only $11.65 cab ride in a registered, tagged, insured and licensed taxi but we got an illegal cab ride instead. If there was a police officer at the Airport we would have had the taxi drive arrested but we were alone and he had our bags hostage in his trunk. We filed a complaint with Comfort Inn Headquarters. They waited a week called me back and said the hotel never responded to their inquiry. They then called them and the hotel offered a $50 credit. We also filed a complaint with Arlington County Police Dept Hack and Licensing

Took the family to DC for sightseeing. The hotel was priced fairly. They are approximately 3 miles from DCA. The hotel is located is about 4 miles from the Pentagon City metro stop. If you are flying into or out of IAD, the Roslyn metro stop is possibility and from there take the metro to Pentagon City. Breakfast is available daily. It was a good breakfast which makes the trip more affordable. The dining room staff cleaned constantly. Dining room and food trays/dishes, machines were clean. Happy hour is from 1600-1900. There is a limited alcohol selection but adequate; beer and wine. Dinner is available on site and affordable. I had a burger and it was good. Snack food is available, i.e, wings, nachos,etc. Shuttle offered to metro every half hour. You wait at the metro stop located in front of Pentagon City shopping mall. You don't have to call. Airport/metro shuttles cut off at 2200. Shuttles start at 0600, I believe. We took private transportation to hotel upon arrival because we arrived after 2200 and it was reasonable due to close proximity to airport. The manager is very visible. She is friendly and accountable for performance. We missed happy hour because we had to wait for a second shuttle. She worked with us to ensure that we were treated fairly. Danny, the shuttle driver is fearless. He worked through the traffic professionally and safely. Timothy assisted us at the front desk in the evenings. He was very professional. Timothy worked to resolved problems and communicated to guests in a clear and concise manner. He made good and timely decisions. Timothy provided wonderful customer service. The facility is old. However, I saw maintenance activity, daily. We spent most of our time sight seeing The hotel worked for our family. Having dinner available on site was and unexpected plus. The food was good and reasonably priced. We would stay there, again.

This will be long, but bear with me please: My boyfriend and I stayed here last night, so the experience is fresh in our minds and continues to eat away at us both. We booked a room specifically to watch President Obama's final State of the Union speech. We had spent the last two days in the DC area at a beautiful Hyatt hotel in Sterling, VA, and were overall very satisfied with our stay. However, when we decided to extend our stay in the area, prices for an additional night at the Hyatt had skyrocketed. We decided to spend the night elsewhere. My boyfriend and I booked a standard room at the Comfort Inn on Glebe Road and paid about $100. We thought it was pricey, but we're not surprised or discouraged. After all, we were reserving a hotel room on State of the Union night in the Washington DC area. While most other hotels were charging upwards of $150, we were happy to have found a comparatively good deal. We arrived that evening and checked in to take a quick nap. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, other than the particularly loud young family in the room next door. They had several excitable children that made a considerable amount of noise, but we laughed about it and went about our business. After about an hour, the lights and television suddenly shut off. At first, we thought that one of the young children next door had accidentally flipped a switch and left us without power for a few moments. We quickly realized that this was not the case. After about twenty minutes, we emerged from our room to an almost completely dark hallway. Some other guests were already standing outside, confused and frustrated. It seemed that the whole hotel had run out of power. At that point, my boyfriend and I (as well as half a dozen other guests) took the maintenance stairs to the main lobby. There we found several other families, as well as the desk clerk and manager, who were busy reassuring everyone that they were 'working on it', but not offering any alternative accommodations or services. For the record, the girl at the desk (I believe her name was Ibanzu) was very kind and very professional the entire time, and truly tried her hardest to make the incident easier on everyone there. She even went out of her way to record all of our room numbers individually so that she could pass them on to the manager later on. It was already about 7:45, and the lack of power and heat in the building on a 20 degree night began to worry us. We decided that we'd rather not sit and wait, and got in our car to pick up dinner. About 45 minutes later, we returned, dinner in hand, to find the still-dark hotel. The crowd in he lobby had grown, and the other guests were starting to become impatient. At that point, we were pretty annoyed. Of course we understood that the power outage was no one's FAULT, but it was getting late and we were starting to wonder whether or not we'd even have a decent place to stay that night. We decided to sit and wait it out in our warm car.

My friend and I spent 3 nights here so we could see DC. We knew we wanted something close to the metro and a free breakfast. This place advertises both. It is NOT walkable to get to the metro. You HAVE TO take the shuttle otherwise you will be walking on a very busy highway. Total distance is 2.5 miles away from hotel. Shuttles run every half hour and are usually jammed. When 1 pulls up, everyone rushes to get in. Definitely plan ahead because no one cares if you have tickets to something. Rooms are adequate. No fridge. No microwave. Shower OK. Really nothing special about the space. Upon arriving we wanted something for dinner. There is NOTHING around this place, seriously. They turn the breakfast area into a restaurant and we decided to try it. BAD IDEA. It is warmed up microwave meals, no lie. Here is a tip. Get in line for the shuttle. It will drop you off in front on the “Fashion Center Pentagon Mall” which is also the location of the metro. Go in the mall. There are many fast food ( including McDonalds, Subway, Panera, Chipotle etc...) and sit down options there. Don’t waste your money at the hotel. Across the street is a CVS if you need to pick up something you forgot at home. If you drink spirits at night, bring them with you. There isn’t any liquor stores close by to grab a vodka or rum, even at the mall. Breakfast is eh. Average at best. Way too crowded. I stood in line often about the 25th person waiting to get food. Eggs were always cold. Sausage one day, bacon the next. My last morning there, after eating, I saw ants crawling on the food table. Super gross. The place provided a bed and a shower. I was only there to sleep and bathe. If I wanted to relax there, no way. No bar area, no welcome seating areas, a small outdoor pool that is shared with a huge Best Western. This was adequate for what we needed. If you need more than a bed and bath, more resort like, look elsewhere.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel - 1 paid and 2 reward nights. Accessing the hotel from the road proved to be a problem - you enter at the Best Western and drive through their parking area to get to the Comfort Inn. The parking area at both hotels is dim and was very isolated when we were there -not many guests( Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights). We felt a little unsecured as we did not know the area and the dimness of the lot. The hotel lobby was small but nice but did not seem to be secured at night. Front desk clerks were friendly. We were in Room 701 the first night - we could not get the heater to work-we just gave up and went to sleep. I had noticed black marks neat the ceiling but after fighting to get heat for several hours we were exhausted and didn't check it out. The next morning after a better examination we realized it was black mold. I took pictures and went to the front desk and asked for a room change. She immediately accommodated our request. We went to room 721 which had heat and no mold and was very nice and very clean. Breakfast was good. The biggest plus for this hotel and what would make us stay there again was their rates are extremely reasonable and free parking is included and they were very close to where we needed to be.
