In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Public car park, public parking on the road. Grocery 120 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 120 m, bakery 400 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach "Cala Agulla" 10.7 km. Sports harbour 11.4 km, golf course 4.6 km, tennis 1.6 km, sports centre 1.6 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 900 m. The house is ideal, well equipped, spacious and very modern. At the level of cleanliness it was perfect. Equipped and with the possibility of having the pool heated in the winter months. The location is very comfortable, central but very quiet.

Deze plek in Arta is werkelijk waanzinnig en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne vakantie op Mallorca. We waren er met twee kleine kinderen in april. Het verwarmde zwembad is heerlijk. En de locatie in Arta is super. Dichtbij het centrum, top restauran
