This place is a fantastic option for long stays with family. It offers all the essential amenities required for extended visits. The hospitality provided by the staff is exceptional. Special mentions for Mr. Digendra from housekeeping, who provided exceptional care during our stay. Ms. Josho and Mr. Sanjan also took excellent care of us. Our experience at the restaurant is equally impressive. The breakfast spread at the restaurant is quite delightful. Special thanks to Mr. Arijit for his attention to details and taking very good care of us at the restaurant. I would also like to express my gratitude to Mr. Dev, Mr. Saurav, Mr. Anbo, Mr. Arun, Mr. Jagadeep, Mr. Jagdish, Mr. Sanjay, Ms. Nisha, Mr. Saikat, and all other staffs at the restaurant for taking such good care of us. Ms. Ragini, at the front desk, ensured a seamless check-in experience for us. The kitchenette is very well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. It is an excellent option if someone wants to cook their own meals. The Forum Neighborhood mall is easily accessible from within the hotel, where the essential groceries can be easily purchased. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. We're eagerly looking forward to the remainder of our stay.

This was my first time coming to Bangalore and this could not have been any better. During my one month stay, I have got the best service from the housekeeping staff and frontdesk. The staff at Oakwood Residence were exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful concierge services, every interaction was professional and friendly. Housekeeping did a thorough job each day, and room service was prompt and courteous. Cleanliness was a standout feature. My room was spotless upon arrival and kept in pristine condition throughout my stay. Overall, my stay was highly enjoyable. The combination of luxurious accommodations, attentive service, and excellent facilities made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangalore, whether for business or leisure.

I had a memorable couple of weeks with Oakwood Residence. Right from check-in, I have been amazed at the hospitality and professionalism from the staff. Special thanks to housekeepers Nagaraj, Sreenivas, and floor manager Reddy for making the stay comfortable. Also, thanks to Sanjay, Arijit, Dev, and Sourav for the genuine care and providing the best dining experience.

The experience by and large was ruined by the fact that there was no hot water in the bathroom and in the morning even if I informed one hour in advance hot water was provide just minutes before I checked out and that to after 3-4 calls to front desk. How can you manage an service apartment with no hot water available. The front desk is responsible for adding to the confusion by not taking timely action.

I stayed at Oakwood for 14 days, and I must say, it was a wonderful and delightful experience! Not only was the beauty of the building impressive, but also the administration crew and service staff. Everyone was gentle, polite, and, most importantly, very quick. I would especially like to mention some of the restaurant staff members: Arijit, Sanjay, Anbu, Dev, Saikat, and Saurav. Each one of them personally attended to everyone every day. Some may say it's their duty, but remembering each person's food preferences and meal times, and serving accordingly even when the dining area was fully crowded, is admirable. They made sure not to leave anybody unattended at any time. Most importantly, the smiles on their faces made a difference, and Oakwood certainly will not disappoint you in that regard. Thank you so much for the stay! It was a lovely experience.

Amazing room. Great interior and staff. Had an amazing experience with the floor incharge Nagaraj and Avinash. The loung amd restaurant staff is also very helpful. The chef at live counter has good taste. The food was amazing. Good al carte menu as well.
