We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during my friend's wedding weekend!

Location is bad. Ac/Heat unit was very old . Electrical outlets left open in the rooms and u can see wires. Not good with Children .

The staff were helpful The bathroom was not clean had to clean the toilet seat Before I could use it floors were dirty Had to get a new key card every time I went out

First hotel room we were given was not cleaned. Hair still in bathroom, dirt and crumbs on TV stand and table and floor by beds, plus the TV didn't work. Advised the front desk the TV didn't work, they said someone would be sent up but never did, and after complaining the manger admitted it was not inspected and agreed that the hallway floor was not even vacuumed. Offered a upgrade. Got to that room and it still was not cleaned properly. Dust and crumbs on tv tables and stands again. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do it as it was prepaid. Went to get another room ready for us and it still took over 30 min and while waiting in the lobby say that the seats weren't clean and the counter where the breakfast bar is wasn't cleaned either and by then this was late afternoon, finally walked into the last room and stunk of cigarette smoke!! Manager finally agreed to a refund, but yet still waiting for word on that and not hoping for much. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had and will never go back, and will tell anyone thinking of going to Barrie to not stay at this location.
