The Agir Springs Hotel by Medplaya

Muy bien, me gusto mucho,sí que volveré y recomiendo a todos mis amigos.tuvimos mucha suerte con el tiempo,la chica de la recepción muy amable.

The hotel is in a great location right in the middle of everything & close to the beach. The hotel looks lovely & gives the impression it’s been recently refurbished, however on closer inspection it looks like it’s just been painted in bright colours & some mirrors etc as there is a lot of things which need attention. The bathrooms are very small, the showers need replacing as ran hot/cold the whole week, also the main part of the bathroom is well lit but once you enter the shower it is very dark. Bath was also really slippy, maybe there should be bath mats to use if required. Our air conditioning didn’t work for our entire stay, however when we went to reception about it they did have someone come look at it, but turned out it wasn’t going to be a quick fix, they then offered to give us another room which we declined. I then asked if we could even have a fan, which they did supply(looked brand new, so think they went out & bought it that day). The fan made a huge difference so we were happy with that. The pool & pool area is lovely but again it’s in need of a bit of tlc, the grout round the pool was dirty & stained. The cushions for the loungers were all pretty stained too. The noice from moving furniture at all hours of the night was unbelievable, I didn’t get a full nights sleep for the week. We were B&B, the breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, yogurt & bread. You could also order poached eggs, omelettes or pancakes. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in but to me it’s not a 4 star.

Great hotel, breakfast a little blah, rooms clean, some minor maintenance needed, staff where good. location was the best of all right in the middle of old town and new town and one block from the beach.

The location was perfect for everything. The reception and pool area are lovely. The bathrooms are in major need of referb. ,The bath was rusty ,hole in the wall and the shower was very old and temperamental. The beds and pillows very comfortable. The worst part of this hotel for me and why I wouldn't return was the noise .noise from furniture scrapping constantly and you could hear everything from neighbouring rooms .i really didnt sleep well all week. the house keeper turned up at 9.05 am to clean room unless you put do not disturb sign up .you could also hear dreadful outside noise like bins being emptied and street cleaners all through night but not the hotels fault

This hotel is one of my favourite hotels I've ever stayed in, the rooms were so nice and we had a sea view room which was stunning. All staff were nice especially the bar man who works mainly at the rooftop pool. We didn't eat from the hotel so can't rate that but the drinks are really nice, the cocktails are 9€ which is Spenny for Benidorm but the pints are like 3€. The rooftop pool area hd a great vibe music on too which we loved. Room service offered everyday can't fault them for that. The balcony was large too. We will 100% return here and recommend it massively!

Just got back from a great week in Benidorm at the Agir Springs Hotel. Halfway to the airport at 6 am I realised I had left my purse containing money, cards and driving licence etc. on ringing the hotel Romilio on reception asked to speak to my benniconnect coach driver and between them arranged for the next coach to bring it to the airport for me! Unbelievable aftercare!! Thank you so much for all the help, I am eternally grateful!! The hotel was lovely and clean, Bea our maid was excellent all week. Yes there was a sheet only on the bed but reception got me a blanket upon request. Can’t fault the place for being so central to all areas and will stay here again and recommend. The rooftop pool was lovely with sea views. Room huge! Like a suite, huge shower room. Room 412 had 2 balconies too! Don’t have one complaint about anything. Looked after and helped above and beyond. expected great results from this hotel and feel a bit let down tbh rooms are really showing age broken bits n bobs tiles latches etc bed was really comfortable and is a true double mattress location is great looking out over the pedestrian area the single road going through it is very noisy at times once in the room with doors shut it is not noticeable but if you like to sit on the balcony it can be a bit off putting the breakfast buffet is small and a few times it was cold and we were the first in there rooftop pool area is very nice good view the lifts are extremely slow and very small the biggest issue really was i didn’t realise they allow all male and female group booking so had a lot of very loud music at all hours with lots of screaming shouting between rooms. half the staff work very hard making up for the other half

Lovely little hotel nice and quiet. 10 minutes walk to old or new town staff all helpful.Cleaning ladies are a credit to hotel. Will definitely try to book here again when we return to Benidorm 👌 Only little criticism,it was our ruby wedding anniversary,although the travel agent let them know this when I asked at the desk they said I had to pay for a bottle of bubbly . Would have been a great gesture from management to gift one not everyone celebrates this many years
