The lift was broken so it was harsh for us to walk for 5 floors. Perhaps the room has not been lived for a period of time, the toilet paper looked old as the staff did not replace it with a new one.

兩個房間，住四個大人，有點困難，糖葫蘆房，從進門開始依次是是小客廳（有一個冰發床）—廚房—廁所—卧室（有一個雙人床）。小客廳WiFi信號幾乎為零，連不上網，而且在門口，很冷。沒有吃飽的地方，桌子要麼放在小客廳，要麼放在卧室，無論放在哪裡吃飯都很怪異，且極其擁擠，很不推薦這個套房，不如訂兩個單間了。

駅から徒歩5分ほどの立地で、近くにスーパーやお店も多いためとてもよきロケーションです とても親切なスタッフで安心して過ごすことができました

電梯很舊，一樓很多時候打不開電梯門，我需要走樓梯到三樓才能上去。前台服務不錯，有早餐，樓下有俄羅斯飯店，還有亞洲商店，那個俄羅斯大媽結賬給我抹零頭，很好吃。但是這個酒店設施太久太老了，沒有空調，但是也不會太冷太熱，沒有隔音效果，門外有人走路，你的房間會跟着顫抖，一定要買好轉換接頭！！！

太老了，電梯經常壞，兩個人入住全部過敏了，身上全是疙瘩，不推薦！

工作人員都很熱情，早餐也好吃，火腿好吃、蘋果汁絕了！整體感覺挺不錯的，路段也好，交通方便吃得多。

There is nothing anywhere declare your hotel is start from 3 third floor it’s big tribal without lift with the baggage and with the family and no facilities like microwave oven It’s first experience I did not suggest to any body else to live there because this is not hotel in light of hotel necessities nothing

Cleaning was pretty much non existent. - Positive was new towels every day - Negative was lack of cleaning. Carpet on the floor was dusty, found an earring on the carpet in the middle of the room, which indicates no cleaning. Some guest before us, had spilled wine on the bedside table, so there was a big puddle of wine on the table. Roomservice should have seen that. Everything was severely outdated, and the toilet, bathroom, should have been replaced, or updated at least 10 years ago. Also the elevator/lift was not working, and has been out of order since june 23

Very small room - very basic. Wi-Fi extremely slow. TV-set only worked on 5 programs - didn´t bother me as I wasn´t there to watch TV. Room was on 4th floor but the elevator was out of order and seemed to have been for a long time - no real complaints from me though, as I needed the exersise. On the positive side, the hotel location was excellent with a lot of restaurants close by. Alse near to both U-bahn and S-bahn. Overall though, the hotel cannot be recommended and I will never return for sure.

It was fine. We bought breaksfast and it was very good. The only thing I didn't like was we were at 4th floor and they don't have elevator working for long tome... my dad count the stairs and there were 91 steps to get the room... with thw big luggage...

Actually we were to be put up in Hotel Spreewitz room no 5 on 4th floor and no elevator. On our request we were transferred to the room no 2 on first floor of Hotel Arch , Breakfast was no good.

Good location, but old design in the room.

Very disappoint place, we arrived late night from Munich, and the place was old, smelly, dirty and to be fair it felt very insecure. The person on the desk, explained that the same key that opened the street door, was the same to open our room. We did not know that to think about that. Also the bed sheets and bathroom did not look clean. for you just to imagine, we had a 4 day reservation paid and we preferred to lose that unrefundable money and move to another hotel the very next morning.

Great location - near to metro stations.
