I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service i received from your establishment last night. At approximately 10:30 pm, i placed an order for food via phone call, which was confirmed by your staff. However, after waiting for half an hour, i called again to inquire about the status of my order, only to be informed that there was no record of my order and that the kitchen was closed. This experience was highly disappointing and inconvenient, as i had made plans based on the expectation of receiving the food i ordered. Not only was my order mishandled, but the lack of communication and accountability from your staff further exacerbated the situation. As a loyal customer, i expect a higher standard of service from your establishment. I trust that you will investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Additionally, i kindly request compensation or a refund for the inconvenience caused. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the resolution of this matter.
