Так дружелюбно и мировое топ-необходимое профессиональное обслуживание, что только еще один 5-star отель в Кенсингтоне Лондон может сравниться (иными словами, другие 5-star отель даже не могут достичь такого высокого стандарта). Передний стол Ханна очень дружелюбна и полезна с сладкими улыбками. Приветствуется GM и был направляется посмотреть некоторые люксы. Завтрак великолепен. Суйта чиста с кухонным помещением верхнего бренда. Вы не можете найти лучшего 5-star отеля по этой оценке номера. Я определенно приду, чтобы снова и снова остаться здесь. My recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved. As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience. In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

It was a pleasant experience overall, but I expected more from such a hotel. The floor of the room wasn't cleaned and mopped, and there was dust anywhere. We also didn't even get a bottle of water. However, I called them to see if we can check in a little bit early and they let us with no extra cost! It worth it.

С самого начала меня поразило дружелюбное отношение персонала отеля. Мне разрешили оставить чемодан на хранение, так как я приехал немного раньше, и даже повысили категорию номера! Всё было чисто, а еда, которую я заказал в баре, была довольно вкусной. Расположение отеля идеально подходит тем, кто хочет жить в центре города, ведь до большинства мест можно дойти пешком. До автобусного центра «Европа» было всего две минуты ходьбы, что очень удобно для поездок из/в оба аэропорта. Настоятельно рекомендую этот отель!

Остановились на ночь в отеле Hilton Lanyon, так как собирались посетить комедийное шоу в зале Уотетфронт. Прекрасные впечатления от регистрации до отъезда. Вкусный ужин в ресторане по меню, которое мы заказали перед началом спектакля; уютный, комфортный, чистый, просторный номер с собственной ванной комнатой и превосходный завтрак – особенно понравились вегетарианские блюда. Отдельного упоминания заслуживает весь персонал, с которым мы познакомились во время нашего пребывания: высокопрофессиональный, исполнительный и очень дружелюбный. С нетерпением ждем возможности вернуться к нам в ближайшем будущем.

This is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay. However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors. My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!
