Wouldn't stay here again. List of positives.. Room was clean and cleaned daily Bar staff/entertainment staff and waitress staff were all really nice. Unfortunately thats where the positives stop. All inclusive food (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) were all luke warm. Including stale chips that felt like they had been sitting for hours . Had to heat the food in the microwave to be edible. Food was very repetitive, pork chicken salad and beef every day so got a bit boring. Rooms...although clean was extremely basic. Our balcony had rust on it, needs a good paint and refurb. The floor had a huge crack in it. Not ideal as paid good money for this We had a few days of torrential rain, which leaked through the dining room and inside areas, which a towel was shoved down and that was it Entertainment was good. In conclusion would I return? Absolutely not.

We stayed here for 3 Night stay. Hotel was clean but basic there are no amenities in room except safe unlike advertised. On arrival we had been delayed 5 hours so landed at 2am on our second day check in lady was lovely so helpful. Food is basic all inclusive food. Restaurant lay out is terrible. Squashed together tables no group tables aloud we noted. Not sure how as a family you would get round the table especially with a high chair. All inclusive runs all day with good variety However please be AWARE when you check Out at 12 your band goes too unless you pay an extortionate amount to stay on as a guest. €40 for 4 hours And this increased per hour after. So despite us not using the All inclusive on the Thursday we had 5 hours till pick up Friday where we weren’t entitled to any food or drink which I think is descusting as you’ve paid for this day too. The reception staff clearly couldn’t care less and said you should have read the paper work it only says on said paper work check out of room at 12. I have never stated anywhere this has occurred before not even at previous Allua resorts Check out is 12 o’clock unless your pay. Then when I explained we hadn’t been here Thursday I was told that’s my fault for choosing a later flight and if I was delayed take it up with the travel company. Her tone wasn’t pleasant. They are obviously about profit the drinks also felt watered down. Also we had a day of rain and multiple parts of the restaurant lounge area and corridors had leaks it was a a nightmare. Also documented is no smoking in communal areas aloud and smoking and vaping was happening both inside and in communal areas. Not fair on the people with children. Also noted that for the entire bar/resutrant/pool area there were 2 ladies toilets and 1 men’s meaning continual que day. The pool toilet had no light and then after that remained locked. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Can’t fault this hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Food and drinks are plentiful and the entertainment team are fantastic . Rooms are cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you for looking after us .

Me and my family fully enjoyed our holiday and had a truly amazing experience and would like to thanks all the staff for their hard work and making unforgettable memories! Check in: From the moment we checked in Francisco was great and happy to help. We arrived a little early for check in but he allowed us to check in earlier which was handy. Rooms: The rooms are really basic but very clean! We were on the top floor so had a nice view of the mountains and sea. The beds are really comfy and the air-con works really well! There is a TV but most the channels are in Spanish and some improvements such as kettle and fridge would make the rooms better. Overall the cleanliness was the most important for us and it was fantastic! Food and drink: we really enjoyed the food there was plentiful of selections (although might be harder if you’re a really fussy eater but we’re not). They have a really good selection of seafoods, meats, salads etc and for breakfast it’s the usual English breaky, bakery, continental style breakfast. If you are hungry during other times they have the snack bar which we really loved! The burgers are delicious! One improvement I would say is to label the foods as some people have allergies etc. We also kept getting the fish mixed up with chicken so that would really help. The drinks at the bar were lovely. We enjoyed the cocktails (would recommend the pina colada and strawberry daiquiri). We also couldn’t get enough of the slushy machines! It would be handy if they left the coffee/tea machines on during dinner to have a little sip after food but you can get this at the bar. Entertainment: AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! There were different shows every night! From quizzes, acrobatics, live music, flamenco dancers, magic shows etc. It’s enjoyable for everyone! We want to congratulate Basems (Bens) debut on stage and he was truly amazing and funny. My parents were lucky enough to be chosen to be part of the show along with some other couples and it was the funniest show I have ever seen! I have never laugh so hard and the audience was in tears too! So we want to thank you for this amazing experience! One suggestion is that it would be great if the hotel had its own disco for those who still want to listen to music and have a dance after the show. As for the day time activities we didn’t take part in them as we wanted to relax but the activities they offered were: aqua aerobics (looked really fun), water sports, darts and table tennis. Location: It’s close to two beautiful cove beaches about 10/15mins walk with stunning views along the way! However I wouldn’t recommend this walk for people who have a hard time walking as we heard some guest complaining it was too far for a person with a walking stick. Calas Domingos beach has the most clearest turquoise water I have ever seen! There are bars near this beach which is also handy. The actual hotel is about 5min walk into town which offers restaurants, bars, clubs, souvenir shops etc. it’

This resort is a little out of the way but well equipped to cater for all your needs. The staff were always helpful and answered any questions. It was also very clean.

20th May - 27th May 2024 I'm typing this while lay in bed at the hotel. I did a review a few days ago that seems to have vanished. Clean and tidy hotel. Decent food. Great staff that are both incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. I would like to mention Lydia as a superb member of your staff. I am on holiday with my 6 month old daughter and she must be one of the nicest people I've met. Lovely, caring nature toward my baby and works damn hard! Wish her well for the future!

Basic rooms but clean & comfy beds, food was very good, pleasantly surprised as wasn’t expecting it to be like it was for what we paid! Can’t really fault it .. booked it last minute & had a good week away…

The hotel and staff were amazing. First, we arrived very late (3am) and the receptionist made check in quick and easy. They even left us some food incase we were hungry after travelling. They also provided us with all the information about the times for the pool and food. Breakfast, dinner and tea was always buffet style and there was always plenty to choose from. We are not picky eaters, however, there was always pizza, chips, chicken nuggets, pasta and a spaghetti bolognese along with fruit and lots and lots of puddings. There was always plenty of sunbeds available and the pool always had lots of room. One comment would be that the sunbeds were a little outdated. There was daily entertainment by the pool, such as aqua gym and music. There was also entertainment after 9pm, including kids club, singers, dancing and magic. These may not be to everyone taste, but we enjoyed ourselves. Drinks were also included, with a self help taps for wines, beers and soft drinks. There were also a variety of mocktails and alcohol free drinks behind the bar as i don't drink. However my partner does and most acholic beverages were free too, including a cocktail of the day, spirits and you can ask for alcohol to be added to the mocktails. There was also a snack service provided with some cold food along with burgers, hot dogs, chips, chicken nuggets, pizza and pastries. This was the same every day, however it was free, all you can eat and foods that we enjoy. The room was clean and simple, with a view of the pool and main ***** of Majorca. A comment on the rooms would be that it could do with some modernization and a little upkeep, nothing major and definitely above 3 star! Our flight out was in the evening and check out was 12:00, so when we asked if there was anything we could do, we could have either extended the checkout for a fee, changed to a different room for the rest of the day and check out when we left for a fee, or store the bags in a locked room and extend the all inclusive perks for a fee. We decided to extend the all inclusive perks for 20 Euros each, and use a complimentary showerer before we left! This put us at ease and meant we could fully enjoy the last day of the holiday. Funny and friendly staff, they're all easy to talk to and speak English very well. As I had been learning Spanish, i did try to use it as much as i could, and they were always willing to help with what i was saying.
