Комната такая большая, с двумя двуспальными кроватями, было бы неплохо, если бы вы действительно жили в семье из четырех человек. Расположение непобедимое, есть трамвай, автобусы разных маршрутов, а междугородний автовокзал - все в одном шаге. Но оборудование номеров и дизайн - все из 1980-х годов.

The location is excellent, surrounded by great choices for restaurants, bars and convenience shops. Happy hour at the hotel 4-6pm about $14 for a schooner and wine. The room though was dated, and not the best value for money. Parking at the hotel is limited but has nearby parking options which cost less than the hotel’s daily rate.

Check-in service was a bit slow as only one staff member at the desk, and also tickets that weren’t included for the Pompeii exhibition weren’t available for some reason, so we had to wait a while before we actually received the tickets. We were last at this hotel just before Covid hit, so there was a marked improvement, but windows need to be soundproofed and also blockout curtains need to be laundered as they were very dusty. The bar staff were great! All in all, we enjoyed our 2day stay!

Very central location

The bed was good. The hotel room carpet meeds an uplift. Difficult finding Car parking near the hotel.

For the price..Spacious rooms, prime location.. Car parking a day was 32$ Self check in n self check out was good Room was clean.. Spa n sauna was good Had iron n hair dryer Breakfast options can be better for the price.. Did not interact much with the staff.. so cannot comment. Enjoyed the stay for the price… will come back again as the location was 👌

Hotel is good, Novotel is great brand, and surroundings are packed with lot of restaurants, just be careful, everything close so early

Very nice hotel, excellent location, and friendly staff. Room amenities are a bit outdated and could use some USB plugs and newer finishings. Loved the patio space on our floor but could use a light shade for us to enjoy more.

Little bit upset with parking,couldn’t book online when we arrived no parking available. Swimming pool water too cold.

Stay was well, loved the breakfast only major problem was parking and shower gel and lotion was not stocked up in our room ,one of the lights were not working and the pool area was crowded with children that's not really hotels problem but others didn't get access to all the things . Staffs at reception was good. And the bathroom tile was very slippery 🥲.

Normal in service not up to good mark . We found cockroch in the room rhats not acceptable

Excellent location in city center and very close to ANU, where I am going to visit. Also, just next door to the Bus Station, where I am going to travel. Price/performance is excellent. Environment and cleaning is also excellent. Strongly recommend.

This hotel it ideally located within walking distance of the Canberra Centre for food and shopping
