POSITIVES I really liked almost everything. From the entrance you can see really nice situated hotel in front of the mountain Massive. It has really nice garden and it is well maintained as all the property. There was a really nice welcoming lady at the reception who helped us with all our questions. I can not say anything about wellness because we did not try. We found a really nice lake about 1h by car so we prefered natural swimming. Parco Lavino is about 20-30min by car. The room was very clean with a balcony with a view to the mountain massive. I can say that whole property was really well cleaned. The included breakfest was also very satisfying. I did not like the presentation, it was little bit old-school, but that is the problem in whole Italy and also mine, because I am working in the industry for a long time and I saw a lot of better presented breakfasts. On the other hand the product served was really high quality with local production and own production. Everyone who take the breakfast should ask for the peach juice. We did get a dinner here because there were some home restaurants around that we wanted to try. I am pretty sure that they are doing pretty good ala carte dinner because the restaurant was quite busy in the evening and the menu was nice structured. What I really appreciated was the economy of the hotel. Whoever runs the building puts a lot of emphasis on saving both resources and the environment, but at the same time the guest was not disadvantaged. All NEGATIVES There's not much to say here, the hotel practically works great. I know from personal experience that it is the frequent presence of the manager (although I think it was directly owner). With this I would like to thank him very much for the stay. Maybe I would mention only 2 things that I missed but they are really small things and that is the light on the balcony although it is only a matter of time when it will be finished because the electrical wiring is ready for it. And the second thing is the missing little handle on the outside of the balcony door so that the guest can close the door when they want to spend time outside.

This beautiful hotel is in the middle of rural mountainous south central Italy. There is air conditioning with a wonderful and abundant breakfast included. Very clean. Some staff speak English. We came to this part of Italy to film a documentary (YouTube: Catalano_Documentary) in 105 degree summer weather. We always came back to a cool hotel room that also included a refrigerator. There is a large supermarket across the street so you can purchase snacks, etc. We left here well rested and happy. //Questo bellissimo hotel si trova nel mezzo dell'Italia centro-meridionale montagnosa rurale. C'è l'aria condizionata con una meravigliosa e abbondante colazione inclusa. Molto pulito. Alcuni membri del personale parlano inglese. Siamo venuti in questa parte d'Italia per girare un documentario (YouTube: Catalano_Documentary) con un clima estivo a 105 gradi. Tornavamo sempre in una bella camera d'albergo che comprendeva anche un frigorifero. C'è un grande supermercato dall'altra parte della strada, quindi puoi acquistare snack, ecc. Siamo partiti da qui ben riposati e felici.

Very good place, we spend only one night, I would be more night there

We arrived having erroneously made the booking for 1 - and the rate was bumped 50% for 2. No negotiation, no consideration that their facility was mostly empty - take it or leave it - we left it!

Ambiente che offre una vivida sensazione di relax, tale da consentire a corpo e spirito di trovare un prezioso e armonioso equilibrio. Nei vari locali, ben curati, vengono privilegiati l'organizzazione, la pulizia e l'attenzione per gli ospiti. Molto apprezzati il solarium, le piscine interna ed esterna con idromassaggi, cascate e giochi d'acqua, le saune e il percorso caldo/freddo. Ma se vuoi provare una emozione unica devi vivere l'esperienza della grotta: ambiente soffuso che regala alle coppia riservatezza assoluta

Struttura davvero molto carina e accogliente. Ci si sente a proprio agio con le camere ben arredate è un letto molto comodo. Staff cordiale e professionale. Dispone di un ampio parcheggio e di un centro benessere che non ho provato. Migliorerei la colazione che ho trovato un po’ scarna ed essenziale: non ci sono uova strapazzate e bacon. Non ci sono dolci “al cucchiaio” ma solo crostata e soliti biscotti. I cornetti poi sono praticamente insapore. Non ci sono succhi di alcun genere, solo acqua: deludente. Ed è un peccato perché il resto merita davvero. A volte basta un piccolo sforzo per arrivare al top.

Siamo stati diversi anni fa' ed é stato bellissimo ma adesso devo dire che poco curato, spogliatoi piccoli , troppe persone inserite che sembra la piscina comunale... Per concludere la piscina esterna non accesa (a parole del personale dicono che la riscaldano il periodo estivo ma secondo me dovrebbe essere il contrario) prezzi elevati per aperitivi troppo poveri!!!

E' un Resort eccezionale! Siamo rimasti senza parole. Peronale sempre cortese e disponibile per qualiasi richiesta! Mai viste camere così pulite. La colazione era ampia e variegata con prodotti di qualità. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Splendida ospitalità e gentilezza di tutto il personale, soprattutto da parte del proprietario. Colazione abbondante, fatta con prodotti genuini. Percorso relax molto diversificato ed eccellente compreso di massaggi rigeneranti. Assolutamente consigliato.
