Great location very friendly staff housekeeping staff very dedicated and professional very helpful to host nice breakfast

The bathroom flush had dirty water, the breakfast setup was fairly crowded for the capacity

We had arranged for Airport to Hotel transfers and that was great and safe. Room is spacious, clean and adequate. Staffs were friendly. Location is fabulous

Superb breakfast, good place for a stay with family and safe for solo travellers. Will definitely stay here again @

Location was excellent. Very close to Varni mahal and other places where music festivals were conducted which made us to walk to these places. Pandy bazar was very close and walking distance to do shopping. Service was excellent too. Morning complementary breakfast had both Indian and western food with many varieties. Service at this place was excellent. Reception at hotel was very good and helpful especially from the manager Raja Priyan. Only suggestion is the bathroom cleaning can be little better, especially the toilet cleaning.

This hotel was good. Clean and comfortable. The food was good.

Amazing experience, great customer service. Staff were always very helpful and on hand to assist when asked. Thoufeeq was especially helpful during the course of our stay, and we would always recommend The Residency to all. Lovely residence!

It's too early to give much feedback, I have been traveling in India for one month, and I've only been in Chennai for 12 hours (1 x night). So far the room is adequate, the shower water is hot, and last night's buffet dinner was very good. Front of house staff at the hotel are very helpful and Prabath has been keen to help with my stay.

The right place restaurant is amazing. Vaztha Kolambu, tiramisu, kalan idicha masala were great. The hotel is a comfortable stay. Surya, Dinesh Kumar and Karthik gave a very nice service in the right place restaurant. Lot of variety of food as well.

Excellent service and experience ! Rooms are clean and amenities are fantastic. Food quality is high and delicious. Thank you to all the housekeeping staff , Preethi and Kaviyarasan and Natarajan. Exceptional service by them. Very pleasant experience.

The hotel was very good. The staff allowed us to stay a few hours extra at checkout due to my wife being sick. The only criticism is that the buffet restaurant was too crowded and the staff could not quite cope with the number of people. Special mention to Prabath and his colleagues who assisted us at checkout. Very helpful and friendly.
