Horrible experience paise barbad krne jaisa h Amar mahal m Jana All staff is bloody villagers the don’t have manners even they don’t know how to talk with guest Even they don’t know how to serve food and how to behave with guest room service to bad and if I talk about hospitality they don’t know nothing Food worthless I orders 4 sandwiches and I get like a grass I asked they to take away all my left food on the table and when I came back home I serve dat food to my cow I spent 16000 bucks in 4 hours in Amar mahal which is totally I recommend to all please don’t visits Amar mahal Orchha and don’t waste your money time and mood spoiler place as till now even there is no waiter to serve water to my guest whom I invited in propertie I personally serve them a water very very very very bad experience till now blood staff Amar mahal gawar h sab ke sab Jo waha restaurent incharge to sala bewkoof h ek no ka

What a disappointment. The central part of the hotel is incredibly beautiful but sadly that’s where the positives end. Check in was unfriendly bordering on the disinterested. The floor of our bedroom was so dirty I wore shoes in the room. We stayed 3 nights and the same dirty plates from the wedding party in the hotel at the same time as us sat outside our room for the whole time we were there. Meals were awful. There was a big tour party at the same time as us and the dining room was like a zoo. The final straw was when my wife and I were sitting outside the room and hotel staff started throwing fruit from an upper floor window and we were surrounded by angry monkeys. The lady who was head of house keeping was very nice. We tried to speak with the manager on departure but they were too busy to speak with us. Dreadful experience

Excellent ambience and very well laid out property with clusters all around . Plenty of sitting areas whether in solitude or with a group of family or freinds . Good food and good hospitality. Staff could be better trained but they did what we asked for . Since the weather was very pleasant after sunset and with a full moon night it was great fun to party outdoors .

Beautiful palace, located in the heart of Orchha city. All tourist places are within 5 to 10 minutes by car. Hotel has well maintained many beautiful gardens. We enjoyed our walks in these gardens and the view. Our room was well equipped and located in one corner with outside sitting area to enjoy our morning tea.

This is definitely a hotel that’s made for weddings! While we were there, elaborate preparations were going on for a wedding that was starting the day we left so the place was transformed with furniture, lights etc over our stay. Our room was very large and freshly decorated with really lovely paintings as was the area nearby. It was very cold while we were there so we didn’t really benefit from the outside spaces in the hotel but they would have been great places to hang out at another time of year. The dining room staff were great - kind and thoughtful with very nice food. Oveall we enjoyed our stay!

We had our destination wedding at Amar Mahal and we couldn't have picked a more beautiful and picturesque location. The staff and the manager Sandeep ji were extremely cordial, accommodative and engaged and helped us plan and organise the wedding exactly the way we'd wanted. The hotel gardens and the views of the Orccha temples are stunning and the food menus are extensive and varied. The quality of the food and the rooms were also great and were praised by all our guests. We're definitely coming back soon!!

We had our wedding at the venue. The management and the staff were very extremely cooperative and accommodating from the moment of the booking till the very last event. We have been receiving rave reviews from all attendees both about the property and the hospitality. Special shout-out to Sandeep ji (the GM) for accommodating each and every request and excellent recommendations.
