Trust me it’s worth the money I loved it and thank you Isis for your beautiful hospitality when you book your stay front desk ask for Isis she’ll take great care of you as far as housekeeping as for Carlos with the blonde hair there’s a lot of Carlos‘s lol

The service from the hotel staff was very disappointed, especially the lack of courtesy from the front desk.

Every staff person was great from desk to breakfast, from check-in to obtaining a taxi to the airport. Especially helpful was Juan, who was at the desk for the check-in - and provided an upgrade to a higher floor with an ocean view. Also, close to good restaurants and stores, including a lovely health food market a short walk from the hotel.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The beds were comfy enough but the hotel is old and in need of some serious work. There are not two pools but one and it’s small, old & dirty. It is def not worth the resort fee they charge and the tiny pool is the only amenity they have. The breakfast is not up to pay with Hilton and def not worth $21 per person. It is barely worth the $6.95 upgrade charge as a diamond member. The hotel front desk staff when we checked in were great but the morning staff at the desk and in the breakfast area were rude and not welcoming at all. The ac in the room never got below 74 degrees which made for a hot hot day and night sleep for us. It’s overall not a great choice for a stay in San Juan.

Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Both of the rooms we booked had roaches and we were not cleaned properly despite us requesting housekeeping come clean the floors. This hotel needs some serious work. It is very work and dated. I wish I would’ve listened to the other bad reviews. We had a 4 night stay and checked out after 2 nights. We were refunded for those 2 nights we did not stay. After checking out, I received a call from the hotel stating they would call Priceline to refund me an additional night. Of course this never happened. This hotel was a waste of money. We ended up checking into the Marriott and had a much better stay. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the airport and located a few blocks from the beach and near lots of great restaurants. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Genesis and Adan. The rooms were clean and nice for the most part with a microwave, refrigerator, and safe but could use a little TLC…floors were a little wobbly and toilet paper holder too close to the toilet.

Adan helped me out a lot and he deserved a raise!!! Every time I come here he helps me with recommendations, he always has a good attitude and a big smile on his face, has a lot of knowledge about the hotel and area and it a great person to have on the staff🤞🏽

Great. Morning reception. Mr. Wallace and his staff was very comforting. I felt like I was at home with family. The attention's the quality not only a food. The most safe people for our island's tourisk attraction is for me right now at a very amazing high level at this hotel.

Genesis and sibel were AMAZING ! they helped me with everything i need . Very nice and helpful. check in went smooth. I will definitely come back
