We arrived before 11am and were given 2 upgraded suite rooms immediately. The rooms were clean, comfortable & huge. When our flight to Chengdu was cancelled, we needed to stay an extra night and the hotel was quite full. The counter staff was very accommodating, allowed us to continue staying in the suite & matched the discounted internet room rates. For free & easy travellers, having breakfast after 8am would be less crowded.

Great room. Good staying

First of all I would like to thank the 2 young women on daytime reception for their help, particularly in translating- I speak neither Chinese nor *******. When I stayed, this hotel had huge clientele, - even though the National Holidays were over- many coaches and minibuses. With so many people there for one reason - walking in the Yading National Park - breakfast had a base-camp feel, as people rushed to get to the mountain or the airport. The situation of the hotel is good just outside Shangri-la Town (and right next door to the hospital) It is convenient to get to the scenic area whilst staying at a relatively low height...altitude sickness being a risk at these heights. The room was cosy and warm.

Lisa met us upon arrival, she was warm and friendly. She organized the room on the same floor as my friends. The room was clean but a little tired. Christina acted a good concierge giving great recommendations on dinner and massage. She gave us a map of route 318. Breakfast was very sub-standard, food was hot but not tasty.

怎麼説吧，無論差評還是好評，都不會影響這家酒店的生意，旁邊的豪某生，我也住過，就是被嚇到了這次才住智選，同樣也是嚇到。畢竟這裏衹有這麼兩家品牌酒店，無論是你是來自北上廣深還是其他一二線城市，千萬別用苛刻的標準來要求。枕套肯定是用了n年，還有帶ai人體識別的淋雨花灑，看到人就自己低頭。第一次睡品牌酒店的三合板的床。早餐的時候，旁邊一個大哥吃了口茶葉蛋就發出哥斯拉的聲音，嚇得我也低頭看看我這顆茶葉蛋是不是也是五年蛋。

酒店地理位置好，房間很温馨，停車很方便，房價很實惠，服務方面更沒得話説，在這裏特意提一下前台服務人員汪堆和電珠很熱情，主動給我們換的更大點的房間，還給我們每個房間贈送了果盤，非常非常感謝兩位帥哥熱情，值得獎勵。下次還來首先酒店，值得推薦攜程的各位朋友。

房間比較整潔，是我喜歡的連鎖酒店。我比較滿意的是餐廳，因為食物出乎我意料的好吃，尤其是晚餐。早餐比較簡單，但是很多種食物的品質比我想象的好，咖啡和小酥肉很好吃。

Lisa和小琴的服務很好，酒店很温馨，居然還有超市，停車場老大了，停車很方便，酒店有自助的咖啡機，挺棒的，推薦朋友來入住，這裏離景區也很近，十多分鐘就到了，最近景區風景超好看，不枉此行，哈哈哈

安全、衞生、温度、熱水都沒有問題 算性價比比較好的酒店，唯一就是到鎮子吃飯需要步行20分鐘或打車10元 接待團隊比較多，早餐不是標準的智選假日水平， 總體來説在香格里拉鎮是可以首選第一批的酒店
