Alana, the receptionist, needs training. She did not locate the paid reservation when given the confirmation number which caused a series of issues. The issues included my guest speaker having to wait and not get needed rest, guest paid again for a room that was already paid by me, my pastor had to come to the hotel to pay, and I had to stop working to travel to the hotel to resolve the issue. This all could have been avoided. She also seemed very confused in how to receive reservations made with 3rd party to the point of having to call the manager.
