Had a great stay in this hotel. Great location and right beside the DFO mall. Just 5 minutes drive back to the airport and away from the city traffic. I will definitely stay here again.

The room is clean and the staff is helpful. However, not all the rooms with bath tubs. If you want to, I suggest to mark it in the preferences when you are book.

The room is ok, clean enough. Very good position. The check-in and check-out was quite conveninet. Staff very helpful and kind. I am a bit disappointed cause they didn't help me with the shuttle bus, so I had to take taxis. Despite this all good.

Perfect location for DFO shopping, restaurant was lovely. Services was great and they offer cheap shuttles to the cruise terminal.

Its good hotel and good service at the Brisbande Airport. And Surely i will comeback again if I visit Brisbane

We stayed at the Pullman when we arrived and stayed at the Novotel when departing the next day . Overall the Novotel is very clean near to the DFO (direct factory shopping ),which is great and 24 hours supermarket within walking distance is a great plus for travelers with children. The last minute diapers, snacks that you need for your children when you arrive late and the kitchen is closed. The only downside is that they don't have someone to bring up luggage professionally, which Pullman does, we are three people with lots of luggage and it's quite heavy to manage on our own. Novotel pool is at the rooftop, it's not really child friendly because of his layout compared to Pullman. Otherwise the Novotel is a great stay for a few days.

Accessible to the airport and DFO. There's a Woolworths near that operates 24hours.

Clean room, comfortable beds and airport shuttle a plus

Very nice and clean motel. From outside to inside my room, foyer and restaurant, this motel is spotless and very well cared for. I have stayed solo and with my family. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast is fantastic. Room service is also great service. Close to the airport. I have stayed 3 times and will be staying again.

Brilliant location, close to the airport and across the road from DFO. Staff are always friendly, efficient and helpful. Rooms are immaculate and this time, included a view of the Brisbane CBD skyline.

It’s near DFO. No restaurant nearby after 6pm and luckily the food in the hotel restaurant is good.

The front desk staff was super helpful & friendly. We reached way earlier than check in time and was able to check in first, without a fee. The room was clean & spacious enough for my little family. There’s also shuttle bus service to the airport so we don’t have to fuss about getting transport early in the morning. The location is fantastic given that DFO & Woolworth are just opposite. Overall the location & stay is fantastic.
