very bad experience poor culture and no respect to customers. The manager closed the line on my face They cancelled our reservation cuz they got higher rate from walk in customer. I dont recommand at all and please stay away if you’re coming from outside the country

L'espace Marina Smir is a pleasant enough (2-3 star) family resort with 12, four-floor apartment blocks and two leisure pools with sun lounges. The main pool is very small, gets overcrowded and is very dirty. They also blast loud music at the pool site from 10am till 12pm, which is dreadful. Poolside burgers costs 50-60 DH a go. The kids splash pool for kids is nice. The Aqua Park though (which is why you came right?) is NOT included in your stay. You’ll have to pay 150 DH each time you use it. (80 DH for kids). There is also a fun fair at the bottom of the road (5DH entrance and 15-2- DH for each ride) Add 25 DH to hire single inflatable rings and 50 DH for doubles The L'espace is situated about 20 minutes’ walk from the Mediterranean Sea front. In the complex, there is an overpriced restaurant, a small supermarket, (also overpriced) a terraced roof used for noisy musical evening entertainments and a big car park for guests with ample parking spots. Note; In July and August visitor numbers are high and you’ll likely have to park away for the complex. The Apartments Sadly, the one double bedroom apartments are small, with 1 or 2 sofa type beds that can sleep 4 to 5 people comfortably- depending! (The biggest apartments has an extra put up) Each apartment has a washing machine, a decent shower and bathroom and a big built-in wardrobe. The grounds and the apartments are clean, well maintained, and housekeeping staff are busy throughout the day, washing and preparing rooms and sprucing up the general facilities. (Hats off-great job guys!) I am very impressed by the reception staff who are kindly, polite and handle guests very gently and with great courtesy in spite of the fact that people have to wait for hours to check in. The reception gentlemen were hard-working, so helpful, the housekeeping staff are constantly on the go doing a wonderful job. The pool staff attentive and treat swimmers very well. (5 stars) You can have delicious pizza, sandwiches, cakes, coffee, ice cream and at a lovely spacious and clean terraced Pâtisserie opposite the resort. The Issues The swimming pool entertainment staff blast loud music ALL day and the terrace has dull, live Arabic music at night till 12pm. Also, the Aqua Park blasts loud music at the same time, so it is impossible to enjoy the place for all the dreadful noise. Yuck! It really is too loud! The kitchens are poorly equipped, with only basic cooking facilities. The 2 ringed hob electric heaters are very slow to cook/heat food. Water from the shower floods the bathroom floor and there are no mops to take up the water. The apartments are small and The nearest shops and general stores are 12-13 KMS away from the resort. The on-site supermarket is small and overpriced. The swimming pool gets CROWDED. They pack the facilities with people by offering attractive discounts. The best thing about the stay is the location. The reception staff is good specially Mr.badr There is no help upon arrival and departure to drop the bags, and I did not find anyone to help me. Cleaning services are considered non-existent. The water in the swimming pools is dirty and unclean, given that I think the water has not been changed in them for a long time. Noisy evening until 3 am.

Attention danger ! C'est des vrais escrots Un très mauvais hôtel Il m'ont obliger à réservez un deuxième studio pour mes petits enfants de 5 et 3 ans pour 13. 000dh de plus et puis il m'ont séparé de mes enfants en leurs attribués un studio dans un autre étage. C'est honteux

Cette résidence est une escroquerie aucun rapport qualité prix, appartement très modeste état laisse à désirer salle de bain de bas standing et encore .. Problème de climatisation qui saute + électricité qui disjoncte… Complexe très très bruyant aucune règles respectées c’est le bazar partout.. le seul restaurant de la résidence panorama, le service est hyper lent et une file interminable le matin au petit déjeuner car il n’y a pas de buffet espacé à plusieurs niveaux, très mauvaise organisation, aucun confort aucun repos. Aucune politesse de la part du personnel qui semble juste dépassé par le tourisme de masse ! Bruits très importants jusque 2/3h du matin, chambres sont très mal isolés du coup on entend tout ! Orchestre + parc de jeux à côté + les enfants qui jouent en bas de la résidence près d piscines … tondeuses les soirs … c l’anarchie totale aucune règle, le personnel dans les piscines ne disent rien ils font juste acte de présence !je ne recommande absolument pas cette résidence hôtel où je sais pas comment appeler cet endroit je dirais camping et encore ! Les prix sont exhorbitants pour aucune prestation de qualité! A fuir Je mets une étoiles car pas le choix. Je regrette notre choix pour notre petit escapade à tetouan ..
