The property ideally located in ettumanoor opposite the famous temple. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities. Bfast is not available in the hotel however there is a very good veg restaurant is nearby. Lunch and dinner is available however, local foods are not available. Only chinese, barbeque and north indian foods are available. Courtesy of staff is very good. Due to my request i checked in early and checked out early without any additional charges. Due to classification formalities for star status for hotels, some maintenance work is going on all the common corridors. I will certainly recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting ettumanoor or surrounding areas.

Good place to stay if you're coming to ettumannoor, all facilities nearby, great service and excellent communication from the staff.

I had requested the hotel reception to help us getting a cab for us to cochi. I enquired and they were charging exorbitantly. So we thought of booking an uber. We got uber booking but to our surprise when the uber arrived outside the hotel. The cab guy whom we had enquired stopped uber and abused him. They told him that he can't be taking bookings when the local cabs are not getting bookings. They told they won't let the uber continue with the ride. We had to cancel the booking at the last moment inturn leading to harassment for us as we had to reach cochin airport. This definitely was done by the cab drivers along-with hotel management. For this hooliganism, this hotel should be blacklisted.

Very bad room layout for the suite room with no ac working for the whole night. The reception was stinking with and manned by a sleepy boy in shabby dress and non polite manners.
