The hotel was nice. The lobby, pool and beach area are very nice. However, I expected the rooms to be just as nice but the rooms are outdated. There weren’t any dresser draws to put clothes away and the food and drinks are expensive.

Unfriendly staff, rooms not ready on arrival as late as 4pm, great views but poorly equipped (not enough light in the room, one of the few lamps was defunct, bats and restaurants overpriced, no breakfast before 7am

Overall decent stay. A lot of random fees! Wish we could’ve seen mermaid show on 12/16 but was cancelled due to weather. Still waiting on a call back for a refund for the $138 I paid for the show

I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel front office manager even upgraded my room because I felt like the other one had been smoked in. The staff in general is very friendly and professional. The valets were awesome and quick, quick quick. On top of the incredible service the oceanfront location and pool cannot be beaten. B Ocean was beautiful

More staff required to complete housekeeping in timely manner. Housekeeping need to replenish coffee/ cups in room consistently.

We did not have a good experience are l first room was dirty. The nozzle and toilet paper dispenser fell off, sink was flooding and leaves were under the bed! Nasty!

Tried to check in at 7pm and my room was not ready. Missed dinner for a friend celebrating his 50th as a result. They put ******* reservations at the bottom of their priority list.

The concierge that helped us check in was giving us a hard time because we booked through a third party. He forced us to upgrade so we have to pay the hotel something. It was not a pleasant experience checking in. The property is old and dirty and so is the room. The location is great, and that's about all that this hotel is offered

I liked the convince to the surrounding areas. Being located on the beach with a great pool which includes chairs and a bar with food and drink was really nice! I had a city view room; it was ok but in need of some freshening up.

I really liked this place. It was perfect for my husband and I with our 2 kids (10 and 8). It was exactly what we needed and a larger property than we expected. They had 2 pools, one of which was heated. The private beach area was really nice as well. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Good crowd, nice and friendly people staying there, staff was kind and helpful as well.

Great location. Great private beach. Nice staff. Wish there was some sort of entertainment at nighttime , we were there on a Monday night. To get to our room we had to go outside which wasn’t my favorite as I would have preferred to have a room inside. There needs to be some serious cleaning of the doors and elevators, and room smelled like a million parties had happened in there.. A freshen up of the rooms and a wipe down of the glass doors and elevators and maybe a coat of paint would really help I’m sure. I would go back for the beach if I could get a better room.

Great location. Right in the beach. Older property but it has been renovated and kept up nicely. We had a nice room with a partial ocean view in the South Tower. Would highly recommend to anyone before or after a cruise. Staff were spectacular.
