Was so tired when I got there, but I enjoyed after a little bit.

2 de maal in dit hotel . Alles is gewoon perfect ! En wat ons telkens weer opvalt is de rust en de stilte ,zelfs een volle ontbijtzaal is nog altijd stil ! Echt zalig die rust in dit prachtige hotel .

This was one of the nicest and chicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! I decided to stay in my last night and have wine and cheese in the lobby with my iPad because the hotel was so nice. I’m sad I didn’t have time to book a spot at the Weleda spa. Beds were SO comfy. Super stylish wood rooms. If you are wanting to stay close to Ghent center, (bavo cathedral, all the site seeing, etc.) you will have to take a taxi. It’s about a 15-20 min taxi ride and the hotel works with a really nice taxi driver named Pancho who helped me all weekend.

Lovely modern revamp of this formerly old school Dutch tourist class hotel brand. Affordable parking, well designed rooms, regular sized toiletries, and a short drive away from the town center. Reception staff at check in was very helpful in providing tips for town center parking. The only down side is that there is a small hourly fee for late check outs. Also, breakfast is disproportionately expensive, but there is a good supermarket across from the hotel entrance where you can pick up excellent breakfast supplies. The underground garage can get full in the evenings, although there is an overflow lot across from the main entrance driveway.

This is a lovely hotel. We stayed as tourists. It is pretty far from the Ghent tourist area. It is beside a very nice football stadium. It appears geared for conferences and events. The staff and hotel are excellent. We ate lunch at the restaurant both days and it was very good and a decent value. The only thing we wish is there was a provided shuttle to the station or tram to avoid the bus.

Multiple issues with this hotel. Carpets were dirty in both the room and the hallways. Furniture was worn and sheets used were of low quality. If you order room service, you are charged a fee of 15 euros. The hotel is on the industrial fringe but they charge you 9 euros per day for parking. No baggage assistance. This hotel is 3 stars at best with poor service.
