We stayed at anise hotel our first time in vietnam. Our room was huge, the buffet breakfast is one of the best we have had and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would highly reccomend.

Really enjoyed my stay. Ended up with a really nice big room which was clean and comfortable, the only thing I could pick out is the bathroom light didn’t work so I had to shower with the door open and no one rushed to fix it but it was alright. Location was good, only a short walk to main touristy areas and lots of shops near by.

After spending two nights there, we can only say. do yourself a favor and pick any other hotel. Reception staff was very nice But the rest of the hotel was sub human experience! 🤮

The facilities of the hotel room are very clean and luxurious.

地理位置不錯，就在河內水塔旁邊，步行到環劍湖，酒吧街也就十幾分鍾，酒店早餐不錯，芝士很好吃，房間乾淨整潔

房間很一般，各種設施殘舊,衞生間還有一種味道，我花了差不多300元人民幣訂這個房間，這種配套不值這個價錢,也是我在越南旅遊期間住過最差的酒店.

不好住.服務態度差

Having looked at all the reviews, I certainly had my reservations about this place, how wrong I was , there was simply nothing I could fault, yes breakfast was completely out of my comfort zone, but if you like rice, veggies and chicken then you are in your element,,,toast and boiled eggs were sufficient for me. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday, beds were ok for me, showers were spot on. Like I said it is not 5* luxury, but you have to remember where you are,,,most things were easily accessible and if you required any information at all staff were on hand to help with anything they could....special thanks to An who helped me alot...would I stay here again, most deffo...

The Anise is a simple, clean budget hotel with friendly staff. The room was slightly older, but pleasant and everything worked. The location is fantastic for visiting the Dong Xuan market. It was pretty much a six minute straight shot walk from the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially as we needed to adjust our checkout time to match with a tour we were joining.

overall the room is good.....but heater doesn't work at morning 6 a.m .....and the breakfast options are very less.....their food quality could be better.....but the hotel manager...helped us a lot....for bike rental .....overall the stay is good...but would suggest to improve their food options...

This place is super icky. It needs renovation very badly. The rooms are so small and smell of mildew. The hot water ran out fast, the room was so cold and the breakfast was so so. I would say that the staff was great and friendly. I just wouldn’t choose this place again and am surprised it has as many stars as it does.

Avoid at all costs!!! After arriving on a long international flight we were informed our two rooms were no longer available. Rooms we had booked 6 months in advance. According to Reception Staff one room had no electricity and one had an out of order bathroom. We were then usher, unprofessionally into a taxi that stunk and couldn't pick our suitcases in the boot to another hotel they had organised. It was 1 km down the road. The rooms there were old, stunk and seemed to be located on a floor that appeared to be renovating. The staff were unprofessionally, rude and not sympathetic to the issue. We had tours booked from the originally hotel the following morning which made our first night in Vietnam very sour. Whilst waiting in the foyer for the taxi to the other hotel at least 3 other rooms came down with various complaints. One time the receptionist rolled her eyes at the guest. Very unprofessionally. DO NOT STAY AVOID!! SLEEP ON THE STREET!!!
