The staff are friendly, they allowed for a late check out for us. The location is good, walking distance to city centre and they sell tranportation cards too.

We had a great stay at hotel, It is nearly 1.2-1.5 km from main railway station in town, you can either walk or go by bus to reach the hotel. Google maps is the best thing for bus timings and all. The hotel rooms were very good, clean and has all the facilities we need. The breakfast was good and has lot of varieties including vegetarian options. You can either go to market by walk and if it is snowing it is better to take tram. You can take day pass for all public transport which will be cheaper as well as free you from hassle of buying tickets every-time. The city is beautiful and hotel was also beautiful and comfortable.

Staff is excellent, breakfast is great. Unfortunately before my stay two days were of quite cald whether so hotel building was not as efficient to keep warm and our room was cold at about discomfort degree. Fortunately friendly staff provide me with addotional blankets.

The cuatomers were not allowed to use the stairs. This caused big delays and ques due to the many football fans entering the hotel simultaneously. The hotel should absolutely have stair in use for the guests.

A great stay with family & friends. Only disappointment was that the gym was closed already at 15.00 on Saturday - not even the reception knew about this apparently. Kids enjoyed everything.

Great place to stay. Very close to City centre and has nearby tram and bus access. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and great view from the rooms.

Bedroom ok but bathroom floor drain system not designed nicely so water leak/flow the whole floor

Otrolig utsikt ifrån hotellets Sauna och Pool ut mot park och sjö! Jättetrevligt hotell med bra service och god mat på deras restaurang. Dock glömmer de att berätta om rabatter och fråga efter medlemskortet, så det är lätt att missa. Rummen som vänder mot parken har tydligen allmänna problem med deras airconditioning, så skriv specifikt önskemål om AC som funkar ner till 19 grader om ni är flera på rummet. Det lilla vädringsfönstret hjälper om det är blåsigt, men då låter det väldigt ifrån stora vägen.

The room was basic and quite small for a family of four. The staff were very helpful and the pool was good. Overall, the hotel facilities were good but the room was basic and a bit small.
