There is a part of the headboard that has no support, which makes people feel insecure. There is a sofa where the bed should be, which makes people feel that the main and the secondary are not clear. In short, I will not book such a room again. There is no purified water in the room, and the bathroom light is very dim."

"This hotel is very conveniently located however in the 5 nights I stayed there my room only got cleaned once. There was no room attendant in the evenings so if you needed any additional towels, you had to physically go to the lobby to get them. The air conditioning was also a problem in the lobby area."

"My family and I had a great stay at this Hampton Inn. The hotel looks very new or recently updated, and everything felt clean, modern, and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had a nice modern setup. One thing we really appreciated was how quiet the hotel was. Even with families and other guests around, it never felt loud or disruptive, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The TV having Netflix access was also a nice bonus for winding down at the end of the night. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The gym isn’t huge, but it has all the essentials for a quick workout and everything was clean and organized. Overall, this was a really comfortable stay and a great family-friendly spot. Between the clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, modern feel, and great customer service, it was an excellent value for the price. We’d definitely stay here again."

"This was my first time staying at an extended-stay hotel during a temporary transition after selling my home, and unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve had. On our very first night, after arriving late and settling in, we found dead roaches in the room. We immediately went to the front desk and informed the manager on duty, Jamal. He moved us to another room and applied a small credit, but there was no real sense of urgency or accountability given the situation. A few days later, the problem became much worse. We saw another roach — this time alive — in the room, along with additional cleanliness concerns. At that point, it was clear this was not an isolated issue. We reported it again, and were told that the manager was already aware of the bug problem. Despite that, no meaningful accommodation or resolution was offered. Instead of addressing the situation, the focus shifted to charges — including attempts to run our card without notice, adding a late fee, and even discussing additional charges like a pet fee. Let me be clear: when guests report roaches, the priority should be fixing the problem — not adding more charges. We made the decision that same day to leave and not spend another hour in that environment. I do want to acknowledge that the front desk associate, India, was polite and professional. Unfortunately, her effort did not reflect how management chose to handle the situation. If you value cleanliness, accountability, and basic standards, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere."
