Отель хороший за свои деньги. Комната в порядке. Однако мы можем очень четко слышать голоса из другой комнаты.

Мускусный запах во всем здании, тусклое освещение и довольно тенистый вид снаружи. Маленькая комната. Простыни были не очень чистыми, на них были видны пятна. Туалет - минимум.

Location is quite isolated, do not have many food options around so if it’s for biz can be quite an inconvenience. Near to CIQ, around 15mins taxi ride, generally getting ride hailing is quite convenient.Sound proofing is not good but I am a sound sleeper thus still ok. I like the water dispenser with hot water options. I like the spacious family room. Hotel staff is friendly which is a plus.

Location is a bit out. Near South key mall yet so far. Also near 海腳人yet so far.

Clean , and staff is friendly. The opposite malays food is nice .

Already paid for tourism tax via trips.com Hotel still charge us the tourism tax . Very unpleasant for the trip. Why do we have to pay tourism tax when we already paid thru the apps via Trips.com. Evidence of tax paid, and hotel receipts of $10rm collected by the hotel staff . Future customers be beware of such double payments. As a frequent traveller to johor. Please beware of such practices by the hotel staff.

The hotel is so so.. a smoking room but no window..quiet small but the most disappointing is when hotel cleaner open our room when we are still sleeping, no manners ,he could hv knock the door first but he didnt..and nvr even ask for apology ..we are very shocked..and the toilet is clogged that we can't even pass motion...overall I don't recommend this hotel

Book a room on the day of stay at an affordable price. Good location with many restaurants nearby.

Good environment but less carpark

Booked the suite with jacuzzi. 1st thing the floor lobby smell of cigarettes, and when we enter the room, also cigarette smell quite strong. Room wise, the toilet was surprisingly huge with jacuzzi in it. Really enjoyed tge personal jacuzzi experience. Location wise its central to move around easily by grab or own transport. Near many malls.

Location not really close to amenities by walking. Counter staff were patient when explaining about the double charge collected by self check-in kiosk. Avoid using the self check-in kiosk when booked with Trip.com. Hotel is quite old but doing some refurbishment. Overall ok with this price.

Clean but locatuon is not so good. Staff is friendly.

Koho hotel location is good but parking lot very less

Location was near to the places we wanted to go. There is a self check in / check out machine which was pretty cool. There's also a coway water filter - nice added value. The room floor however was dusty, was pretty gross to walk around barefoot.. bath towels had a musky smell to it and the toilet rolls has stains. Gives off vibes that the stuff have been kept there unused for a long time...
