This was the perfect spot for me personally because I was able to explore a few local areas. I took the HSR from Taipei and stayed only one night. I met a few locals within walking distance and the Central Park is a nice feature across the street. Although the Pier 2 Creative Park is still in the process of developing itself, I felt it was well worth it to go there for food, drinks, photos, and exploring there. The hotel room itself was amazing. As soon as I walked in I took a bunch of photos and posted on Facebook because I felt it was cooler than my apartment. I did not order the breakfast but I did have coffee from the café. There’s a few cute diners and photo shops down the street. There’s a dog café and a cat café not far from the hotel. Staff was very friendly. I had a teatime at intercontinental (which was a droll vibe), and I’m glad I chose not to stay there. I feel that Indigo gives a great value for the money and the design specialists were really detailed-oriented with some of the things they included in the rooms. Facilities were great. View was nice. Go see for yourself.

Staffs were very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a rooftop bar for drinks and food. Hotel Indigo is in a very central location and easy access to most location of interest. There is the MRT station less than 30 min of the hotel enterance. A 24hr cafe, Mcdonald's and 7-11 store is just 5mins away so not worry about finding foods late at night. Highly recommended and will stay here if visit Kaohsiung again.

Excellent little hotel with great service and location (nearby train station).

Positives: - Huge toilet and toilet separated between wet and dry - quirky room design and a lot of small details. Can sense the attention paid in designing the room - comfortable bed - bedside charging (usb ports included) - media panel (hdmi port, audio etc… also located bedside) - 49 inch tv is big enough given distance from bed to tv - complimentary mini bar items (though it is just two small bottles of soft drinks and 2 packets of snacks that is not refilled enough though I stayed two nights) - pillow menu - stand-alone bathtub comes with a view! - speakers in room and toilet negatives - tv no Chromecast - duvet could be thicker - bath towels could be thicker - bedside clock cum usb speaker audio quality quite poor - non carpeted floor may not be to everyone’s liking (cold)

Very Friendly staff next to metro and park, perfect location

service is wonderful. everyone is friendly in the hotel. buffet breakfast contains good enough of options and the quality is good too. location is prefect, right next to train station and is only 20 mins away from airport by train. overall I love this hotel very much and for sure will stay again if I travel to Kaohsiung again.

Earned a good experience during business trip in Taiwan and the hotel service is amazing, staffs were kind and helpful.

2nd time staying in this hotel. 2min walk from Central Park Metro station and 5min walk to Xin Jue Jiang Shopping District. This time we stayed in a smaller room that has no windows, although its still a nice room, we would prefer a bigger room with windows the next time as natural light is much preferred. The thing about this hotel i must say is the toilet is realllyyy spacious!

一如既往很有格調的indigo 酒店，我們去的時候酒店門口、大堂和頂樓酒吧都有Barbie 主題的佈置。很喜歡rooftop bar，雖然不是很高層，但露天加上酒店設置的大屏幕很有feel。我跟家人來一共訂了四間房，每間都有點不同的佈局和裝飾，非常欣賞在洗手台上放置了一個小袋用來打包客人已打開使用的肥皂回家，很貼心的細節，令已使用的肥皂能被帶走繼續用，不浪費！另外房間的枕頭可以自由選擇，他們將可選擇的枕頭簡介紙放在床邊，其他酒店都要特別打電話問才知道有沒有其他枕頭選擇，indigo在這又加分不少！

員工親切有禮 、環境舒服

房間很大，乾淨。 地點方便。 服務人員的素質很好，主動幫我停車（因為停車場在附近）。 會推薦附近美食，鴨肉麵那家地道local food。 我掉了一個白色的咖啡壺，有幫我保留寄回，服務加分。 總之是個有溫度的地方，記得多問一下，多讓他們服務你。 例如，要一下迎賓飲料卷。

很好的一間飯店，位置方便，就在中央公園捷運站2號出口上來往後走就到了。房間看出去就面對中央公園，附近就是新崛江，吃的喝的逛的都很方便，也能利用捷運到處跑。這次沒有使用到停車場。退房也很快。一樓大廳有位置可以休息。
