Average Experience with Clean Room, Could Improve Guest Service I recently stayed at this hotel for a brief getaway, and my overall experience was average. The highlight of my stay was the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering, I was pleased to find a well-maintained and spotless environment, which contributed significantly to my comfort during the stay. Despite these shortcomings in guest service, the hotel's amenities and facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, providing a good night's rest.

The hotel is very modern with all the amenities you need. Our room has a great view of mountains and the city. Hotel breakfast is good and various. We enjoyed our stay a lot! And we will definitely recommend it

Super good place. Lovely and nice room. Great location and the staff are so friendly, boss is great too. We have a late check out and this place is solid

This is a great hotel close to the cafes and restaurants but tucked out of the way so it’s quiet when you’re sleeping. The hotel manager allowed me to check in early and check out late free of charge. The open roof top restaurant has fantastic views. Would come back again.

Excellent hotel with a comfortable bed and a powerful rain shower. The staff are very friendly especially the Hotel Manager Bissnu, who went out of his way to ensure I had an enjoyable stay. I took advantage of the spa facilities and the 90 minute massage was very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

以下是本人在當天尼泊爾的加德滿都入住酒店時拍的真實圖片和視頻，當天入住的是房間401。酒店位置：博卡拉交通不方便，但是走路可達。酒店設施：自己看一下圖片，是當天入住拍的。床品和布草看圖，床蠻舒服的。有一次性拖鞋提供，有牙齒牙膏刮鬍刀（國外一般不提供）。酒店裝修：自己看圖。洗手間：是乾濕分離。早餐：自己看圖是。酒店服務人員：個人覺得很有服務意識，前台2個小夥子工作態度很好，入住期間挺蠻意的。酒店的圖片與實際入住的房間圖片相符。 7樓吃早餐風景很好

I highly recommend the Woodapple as a base in Kathmandu. Wonderful rooms with great hot shower with great pressure. Clean facilities. Ticks every box from the lovely dining area on the top floor, through to the Bael Spa where we enjoyed a great massage after our trek. In true Nepali style, all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at the Woodapple before and after our EBC trek in November/December 2024. The location is great, only a few minutes from bustling Thamel, but in a quiet location just outside. The staff at the Woodapple are fantastic - friendly, welcoming and always extremely helpful. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, with very comfortable beds and pillows and very clean. We both took advantage of the Bael Spa downstairs for an awesome massage, and we ate every night at the restaurant on the top floor. Both food and service were awesome. Breakfast was included with our package, and included a wide range of food. Accommodation here was part of our trek package, I would definitely stay here again on any future visit to Kathmandu. It is better than any other 3 star hotel I've stayed in, both service and quality.

My daughter and I stayed here after our Annapurna Circuit trek. It was fantastic. The food on the 7th floor was great and the views fantastic. Very clean, safe and friendly atmosphere as well as friendly professional staff. I would definitely recommend a stay at this Hotel if you are in Kathmandu.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Thamel but in a quiet area away from traffic. Hotel staff and super friendly and very helpful. Great views from the bedrooms. The rooftop restaurant has amazing views of Kathmandu & surrounding mountains plus they provide a fantastic buffet breakfast. I was lucky to arrive in Kathmandu during Deepawali, or festival of lights celebrations, where many of the buildings were decorated with lights.

Stayed at the welcoming Woodapple Hotel before and after our Nepal Hiking Team Trek to EBC. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, great hot water pressure and excellent food upstairs on the 7th level with 360o views of the surrounding city. Well organised Hotel, thank you for a pleasant stay!
