Mitsis Family Village один из лучших отелей в которых мы были, а мы много путешествуем и посетили более десятка различных островов. И на самом деле это не один отель, а часть единого комплекса из четырех отелей Mitsis, что обеспечивает просто огромную территорию и инфраструктуру в целом. Нам понравилось абсолютно всё - прежде всего замечательный пляж, прекрасно оборудованный с лежаками, туалетами, душами, баром с напитками, фруктами и сэндвичами. Добавьте сюда то, что пляж интегрирован в комплекс и нет какой-либо общей публичной трассы, которая из разделяет. Море чистейшее, есть буйки, отдельная зона для водных развлечений, отсутствуют водоросли и видно всё дно, даже если заплываешь далеко. Для входа в море не требуется какая-то специальная обувь. Для тех, кто не любит ходить пешком (от Mitsis Family Village можно спускаться к морю либо через один либо другой отель - Norida или Summer Palace) от Reception постоянно ездит открытый авто-состав 12-16 человек. Однако, если вы пойдете пешком, то можете прокатиться на водных горках или насладиться видами и архитектурными решениями с различными бассейнами, а сама дорога займет 5-10 минут. Персонал дружелюбный, ресторан хорошо управляется и бар с кофе и напитками доступен с утра до поздней ночи. Сами номера расположены во множестве двух этажных зданиях, объединенных в комплексы и у всех есть свои собственные бассейны и у кого то прямо со своей террасы. Наша оценка и рекомендации посетить данный комплекс самые высокие!

Мы остановились в номере-мезонете, который устарел, но был чистым. Мы знали, что номера в отеле устарели, когда бронировали. Если вы хотите современный номер, забронируйте один из других замечательных отелей Mitsis по соседству. Персонал фантастический, не мог сделать для вас ничего. Еда хороша даже для самых придирчивых едоков. Блины готовятся свежими до часу ночи. Мы бы вернулись, но, посмотрев другие отели, вероятно, попробовали бы Norida или Blue Domes. Хотелось бы запомнить имена всех сотрудников, включая замечательных сотрудников стойки регистрации, барменов и замечательных сотрудников общественного питания. Фотографии еды были с завтрака.

Удивительный отпуск! Из нашего номера в отеле открывался самый потрясающий вид, еда была хорошей, а персонал замечательным. Все было просто нереально, определенно отпуск, который мы никогда не забудем Большое спасибо вам всем Холм был немного крутым, но есть очень регулярный шаттл, который возит вас вверх и вниз. Бассейны были красивыми, но холоднее моря, но мы были там в октябре, так что это имеет значение. Будучи там в последнюю неделю сезона, я волновался, что не так много мест будет открыто, но я ошибался, если у вас будет возможность поехать в город Кардамена, я рекомендую поесть в Portoeye и Skala

Крисси на ресепшене замечательная, веселая, добрая, знающая, ничего особенного не доставляет, Арети Анджело Костас все просто замечательно, как и персонал бара Еда каждый день разная, блины, мороженое восхитительное Еда на пляже великолепная, свежая пицца, багеты, роллы, салаты, дыни, фрукты, бары, хороший выбор Море кристально чистое, красивое, много шезлонгов и хороший выбор Водные виды спорта На багги до пляжа и обратно Единственный недостаток — бассейны очень холодные Прекрасные виды на другие острова

Это наш третий раз в этом отеле, нам он очень нравится, особенно персонал, они просто фантастические, официантки Аспазия по вечерам - просто находка для этого отеля, а также главный бармен Джулиано! Номера чистые и в них есть все необходимое (не помешало бы обновление), нравится мини-бар, который пополняется через день, еда очень хорошая, большой выбор для всех, даже для привередливых едоков, большой выбор напитков, я думаю, что замороженный клубничный дайкири был бы идеальным дополнением к меню! Мне также нравится проводить время у главного бассейна, но было бы полезно обновить шезлонги и включить хорошую музыку, так как у команды аниматоров есть музыка, которая фантастическая, но они выключают ее, когда уходят, мы прекрасно провели время как пара и обязательно вернемся в какой-то момент, но единственное, что отпугивает нас от возвращения, это команда аниматоров в течение дня в этом году и в прошлом году мы не были великолепны, команда 2018 года мы просто потрясающие! А вечерние развлечения не очень, единственный вечер, который нам понравился, был вечер в дрифтере, они были оптимистичны и все пели и танцевали, греческий вечер был разочаровывающим, я ожидал большего, а рок-группа была очень скучной, совсем не рок-музыка, которую мы ждали, я должен сказать, что пляжный тележка был фантастическим обновлением по сравнению с прошлым годом, новые туалеты на стойке регистрации - это огромное улучшение, и все растения вокруг бассейна выглядят фантастически, в целом нам нравится этот отель, и мы бы с удовольствием вернулись сюда когда-нибудь, но, возможно, нам нужно увидеть некоторые дополнительные улучшения.

Первый раз в этом отеле. Прекрасный персонал, все были очень любезны. От руководства до уборщиков. Прекрасная еда, нам даже дали утиные ножки однажды вечером, чего я никогда не видел в отеле «все включено». Потрясающие виды. Я определенно забронирую снова.

+ Beautiful hotel staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for all the guests. The room was clean and nice. Food wasn’t perfect but great selection and was very nice. Transport to and from beach was fantastic. - Extra 15€ Per night was a bit of a shock government tax - Arsenal lost.

We arrived late Thursday 24th April for a 10 day holiday, whilst there may have been some technical issues with the pool for a couple of days, it was soon resolved. The hotel team are simply the best I have experienced. Nothing is too much for them, all of them are happy, greet you and are really good fun. The rooms are fab, I had an upgrade to superior sea view room with sharing pool and it is simply fabulous. The food is good, whilst it is buffet, there is always something to eat and it’s fresh. Location is great, only a shuttle or short walk from the beach. A massive thank you to Miltos the general manager and the front of house team, you are all amazing and I would highly recommend the family village. You should all be very proud, an amazing holiday and I am sad to be going home.

We have visited the Family Village many times, and we are never disappointed. It is like home from home for us. The staff are welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in. Nothing is too much trouble, and they always remember us when we return which is lovely.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt I must with this hotel. Just back from a weeks family holiday and what a special place this is. Check in was fast and welcoming. The rooms were spotlessly clean and refreshed every day by lovely cleaning staff. The stocked fridge was also a nice surprise. The food was good fresh quality with a wide range. I'm a vegan and was pleasantly surprised by the variety. The drink selection was brilliant too! Entertainment at night was great, ranging from circus acts to bands. Location was perfect. So are surrounded by by beautiful scenery yet only a quick cheap bus trip to kardamenia or kos. Taxis are reasonably priced also. The staff at this hotel were amazing. I have never stayed at a place where the staff are so friendly and engaging. They had so much time for the children. And nothing you ask is a problem. You can't walk past without interaction. A special mention to the lady that works on the cocktail bar at night time, unfortunately never caught her name but she was so lovely and made so much time for our baby. Genuinely feels like such a treat to stay at this beautiful place. We hope to go back one day.

Check in: was very quick and easy, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful, we had booked a sharing pool room and I had emailed the hotel to request a ground floor room and was delighted that we were given one. The hotel gave our kids some presents on arrival which was lovely. The Room: the rooms are big and clean, the fridge was stocked with some drinks which get refilled every second day, the rooms definitely need some updating, there was no curtains or blinds on the window that divided the 2 rooms, so no privacy when getting changed with 2 kids in the same room. The balcony was a good size and sharing pool was great for kids but the ladders need some repairs. The corridor outside our room was really noisy, this is not the hotels fault, other guests with their children screaming and shouting and running up and down at all hours of the day and night, was very annoying but can’t be helped. The food in the buffet of the hotel is excellent, we were very surprised at how tasty and fresh the food was for all inclusive, it’s the best we have had, and staff couldn’t do enough for you. The crepes and ice cream stand is a lovely touch and our kids enjoyed this the most, I can’t count how many they had. The drinks at the bar are very good too, the cocktails were lovely and the iced coffee was really good. The hotel it’s self is really small and entertainment is held outside at the main pool, we found the entertainment let the hotel down a lot and was quite boring. All in all we had a lovely week at the hotel and found most staff to be friendly and welcoming. Kos is beautiful and there is so much to see and do. We will definitely return again but next time we will try one of the other Mitsis hotels in the complex as they all looked beautiful to.

It was very uncomfortable beds and barely any space I love the cats the food was ok but the pool was too salty I hated it I would only come back if the room was more bigger and that the bus to the beach was bigger and faster I also think the food should have more options

This was our 1st time to KOS & looking at some of the reviews over the summer for the Mitsis Family Village we were concerned ! however what a great relief we loved it!! Upon arrival the reception team are very pleasant and the porter took our cases to the room and also when we departed a porter came to collect nothing was to much trouble - very impressed. We requested a Sea view room and wow we had an excellent view, the block came with a shared pool which was lovely, the room was exactly as others have stated is dated but very large and a lovely bathroom suite with plenty of wardrobe space. Mini bar refreshed every other day nice touch! & the guy that does this who also works in the restaurant is brilliant! The room was cleaned daily and was spotlessly clean! The restaurant staff work very hard, always eager to get you seated and work tirelessly. There was a vast selection of dishes with the chefs cooking various dishes by the buffet area as well. The beach food is freshly made pizza and freshly made wraps these are a really nice addition, combined with nice vibe music with friendly beach bar staff. The pinnacle is the great guy that takes you on the cart to the beach so friendly and gives you a good steady ride. The ice cream and crepe bar which serves from early until 1 am i think is really good. Bar staff work very hard if I am going to be ultra critical i felt the drinks were unfortunately watered down, but this was the same on the beach bar as well just a personal opinion. Good bus service into Kardamena. On the whole had a great time and will be back next year!

We had the most amazing holiday and stay at Mitsis family village. We stayed in one of the shared pool rooms and it was great. All the staff were lovely and there’s nothing they couldn’t do for you. In the room the air con was fantastic and the mini fridge stocked up daily. The food and drink was the best we have had in an all inclusive especially the cocktails. The kids absolutely loved the unlimited crepes and ice cream and the pizza on the beach was a great hit. Being able to spend the day at the beach and still be all inclusive was fab. There are buses from the hotel into Kardamena and Kos town and both places are definitely worth visiting. These is a hotel in Kos town mitsis ramira that you can visit and use there all inclusive. The pools are lovely, we spent a lot of time at the slide pool with the kids. We are already looking at booking again next year. That’s so much mitsis for an unforgettable holiday!
