Выбрали данный отель, потому как находился близко к центру, к интересным местам Кучинга и к относительно близко к лодочной станции, от которой мы планировали поехать в Национальный парк Бако. Ещё выбрали отель из-за того, что в стоимость номера входил завтрак. Итог - ресторан не работал, приносили в боксах ужасную еду, результат - остались без завтрака, так как рано отправлялись в свои поездки по национальным Паркам. Взяли машину на прокат, бесплатной парковки у отеля также не оказалось. Из хороших моментов - местоположение, хотя рано ездят машины вокруг и могут разбудить; вид из окна и оригинальная архитектура и дизайн отеля.

Cozy room with fully accommodated amenities. Breakfast vouchers are given at check-in for Embers Cafe. Food was great and very fulfilling to start the day. Only downsides is that the location of the hotel is close to a busy road, so you can hear vehicles at night. However, booking a room with no windows does help to reduce the noise.

Hotel is at strategic location and near to padungan with a lot food to eat.

Overall, it was a good stay with a great location as Pandungan has plenty of things and food to explore, highly recommend! The only issue was the water heater, which was fixed by maintenance but stopped working again the next morning, so I had to switch to a smaller room. However, this didn’t affect the overall experience, still a pleasant stay!

Less than 10km from airport. 20mins walk from waterfront, 30mins walk to open air market (bus station to Bako National Park). Air-conditioning excellent, hot shower excellent. Bad: toilet flush slow n nearly not flowing down at room 0303. Breakfast voucher is actually valid for meal 8am-5pm, worth rm25. Most of the meal rm20-27 exclusively of tax.

Everything went smoothly. The check and check out process was easy. The room was clean & comfortable, spacious bathroom. The only issue was the water heater, which was stopped working the next morning. Breakfast is a RM25 voucher per pax when you book for a room.

Cleanliness: when we entered the room, there was a small puddle from the fridge that they had to clean up. Service: Not responsive. Check in receptionist took awhile to verify my booking, had to call front desk multiple times to clean up the puddle. Amenities: Average toiletry and the shower handle was dated. Water pressure and temperature was alright. Location: Slightly far from the main streets and we were closer to the fire station. Downside, there wasn't any convenient stores within 5 minutes.

I have stayed thisbhotel for several times, and it has always bern a comfortable and affordable choice. The rooms are cozy and well-kept.

Great breakfast. A RM50 voucher was given everyday for breakfast.

The location is nearby to Chinatown and centrally located. However, they do not provide parking and you must remember to have car parking coupon as the list cal council likes frequenting this place Room is good except a lot of ants hanging around the bathroom. Good powerful aircond. Breakfast is via coupon worth RM20 per pax
