Номер большой, кровать удобная, но он очень старый, и на стене даже видны следы воды. В унитазе постоянно текла вода, и я даже заметил таракана возле подноса с напитками в моем номере, поэтому я ставлю оценку 2 за чистоту. Жаль, что руководство не уделяет внимания обслуживанию номеров отеля, так как расположение отеля очень централизованное.

I was a bit disappointed with the hotel. The deco was like in the 80s. The room is old & need upgrade badly. The stain on sofa & carpet. The damp smell. The room comes with microwave and fridge but both out of order! The whole hotel a bit run down. Such a waste. But as credit I would mention that the location is good. The frontlines were very helpful & friendly. However, I won’t choose this hotel on my next visit.

Nearby with Waterfront Plaza & River Waterfront. The room is clean and spacious. Thanks to management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service. Sure will visit again.

Perfect place to stay as I am on biz travel for program near hotel. Walking distance, easy access for grab. Room was soooo spacious & clean.

The hotel is old and long overdue for a lick of paint. The bathroom towel rack fell, the nighstand controls also fell, the hotel key card stopped working a few times causing me to return to the reception multple times to get a new key card. Got a pretty sad view of the neighbouring building’s wall as well. Despite all this, basic toileteries were provided & it’s in the middle of town. However, there were many other hotels nearby which looked a lot nicer & were cheaper, so the location perk isn’t really outstanding.

Nice place, nice location. Value for money. Always stay here wherever I go to Kuching. Hope they keep the rates and don't increase it.
