Hôtel au top, je note des efforts à faire sur l’animation. Nous étions avec un enfant, il aurait été plus pratique de nous proposer une chambre avec une facilité d’accès.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and really does feel like an oasis in the middle of nowhere. Room was clean and comfortable but a little small with no balcony - although rooms with balconies are available, the balconies are very small and to be honest, I don’t think I saw anyone actually using theirs. Pool is a good size, but was very cold. Difficult to get in and out of if you’re not the most agile of people as there are only two sets of metal ladders, which were quite rickety. Sun loungers were comfortable, but there didn’t seem to be enough for the amount of guests. The animation team are around during the day and run games and activities around the pool, which mercifully don’t last too long as there is a running commentary over a microphone, so you have to hear it whether you want to or not. The food is nice, but did start to feel samey towards the end of our stay. We went to the Moroccan Al a carte restaurant while we were there, which was disappointing. While it was nice to escape the hustle and bustle of the main restaurant, the food was not as nice and the wine was chargeable - even though it was all inclusive for us if we walked 20 yards up the path! The staff were mostly exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us, however if you speak English as a first language, you won’t get the same kind of service that is received by the Arabic or French speaking guests. The shuttle bus to Marrakesh is a great bonus, as it’s further out of the city than we realised. All in all, a lovely place and we did enjoy our stay despite the very minor points that we noted.

Beautiful hotel with lush gardens. A relaxing yet fun ambience. The food was varied, authentic Moroccan plus international options - so well presented. The rooms were very comfortable and spotless . The highlight was the staff, all were so professional and engaging. The entertainment team was excellent, with their array of wonderful activities and positive, friendly approach. Thank you so much, we can't wait to come back.

Amazing stay at Sol Oasis. Staff were very helpful and friendly, all the time in good manner, smiling and give good positive for everyone. Every day we have different food at the restaurant, very tasty and good choices. Entertainment team trying to do their best and don't leave anyone boring. A lot of sport and cultural activities. All equipment and furniture in the rest areas cleaned and look fresh every day. Between main food the restaurant provide a lot of delicious snacks. The quality of alcohol drinks is perfect, no cheap ones. The choice of coctails amazing. The area of flowers and palms looks great. The clean water in the room left every day. Amazing Hotel. Would Highly Recommend! We will be happy to back here again!

This is my second time at this hotel and I can pleasantly say it did not drop in service. The staff are so nice and accommodating that you feel so relaxed. The staff who in the entertainment side of the hotel are absolutely wonderful at their job, they get you involved in games and activities or just sit and chat with you. A special shout out to Maximus, Ralph and Wahiba it was a pleasure meeting you, and thank you.x The Spa is absolutely amazing clean well worth the money the best thing is that you do not need to leave the hotel to get the best Hammam and massage in Marrakech, and they are very accommodating listen to your needs and go above and beyond. I would wholeheartedly like to thank the wait staff who always had a pot of hot tea ready as soon as we entered the breakfast hall, special thanks to Hassan and Jullan. Also a special and massive thank you to Haitem, Andrea and Imane at the front desk who helped organise all our needs and wants. If you like a quiet hotel away from the Medina with all you need then this is the place for you.

We decided to spend New Year's Eve in Morocco and chose to stay at the Sol Oasis Marrakech. What a beautiful experience it has been so far. We are still here until 03 January 2024 and are enjoying every single second of our stay. The hotel itself is stunning, surrounded by well curated gardens. Our room (Room 1203) is lovely, with a terrace looking towards the pool. The New Year's Eve party thrown by the hotel last night was one you could only dream of attending. A Gala buffet that was so beautifully presented it seemed a shame to eat it. Everything was delicious and being welcomed into the dining room by a group of Moroccan men playing traditional instruments was super special. The party around the pool after dinner was fabulous. You can tell that the staff at the Sol Oasis truly wanted their guests to have a wonderful time. We absolutely loved it and felt very privileged to be at such an event for New Year's Eve. A special mention should go to Rashida - the Guest Relations Manager. She is super sweet and makes sure that the guests are enjoying themselves. It's nice to be at a hotel where you feel cared for. Hassan in the restaurant should also get a special mention. He welcomes us every day with a smile and is super attentive. Being a Meliá Platinum member, we have stayed at many Meliá hotels, but I have to say that the Sol Oasis has to be one of the best we have experienced. Truly beautiful.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay and already planning when we can come back. Our children aged 12 and 9 had plenty to do in the hotel, the staff were brilliant with them. The hotel is spotless clean, the food is delicious, tagine dishes are amazing and so much choice! Great for vegetarians as so many choices of delicious vegetable dishes. The outdoor bar staff are doing an amazing job, always with a smile, they bring your drinks round as soon as you spot that you’ve finished your drink! The staff is what makes this hotel stand out - animation team: Sam (so friendly and helpful - thank you!), Wahiba (thank you for sharing the local knowledge and an interesting chat about culture in Marrakech), Maximos… just to name a few. It’s so nice that they have time to sit and chat with guests. The rooms were comfortable, cleaned daily, water replenished. It quiet at night, which is what we wanted. Loved our quad bike and camel tour (turned out to be just our family - so like a private tour) arranged by the hotel (thank you, Zac). The shuttle bus to the city is handy, and some helpful info given by the reception staff about places to visit. All in all, a wonderful time that we will remember - and we will be back!
